Jennifer Garner And Ben Affleck Reignite Reconciliation Rumors But Are Not Getting Back Together
Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck have been officially separated for two years now and have only just begun divorce proceedings. Filing for divorce has not kept rumors from swirling that the former star couple will rekindle things and once again be romantically linked.
A recent sighting of the two along with their children, while on vacation, has gotten fans of the former flames hoping for a miracle. Rumors have swirled that Jen and Ben are nixing the divorce. Such rumors have been ongoing since the pair announced they were separating back in June of 2015.
The stars headed off to the Bahamas Atlantis resort where they enjoyed a fun-filled family vacation on the two-year anniversary of their split. Despite the hopeful claims that the stars were there to work on reconciling, they each got adjoining suites and an additional suite for more space and comfort. The Daily Mail shares about the vacation details.
“The two shared adjoining suites that were nearly 2,000 square feet. And there was another suite added for their comfort. The accommodations were stunning with living rooms, kitchens, large bathrooms and views of the ocean. “
Anything remotely romantic was explained away by a source close to the stars who stated that Jen simply brought Ben along to keep the norm for their three children – Violet, 11, Seraphina, 8, and Samuel, 5. The source adds that Jen believes it is “beneficial” for the kids to have their father there for events like family getaways, despite how odd it may seem to do so on the two-year anniversary of their separation.

Independently, both Garner and Affleck are working on their careers in entertainment. Jen is filming The Tribes of Palos Verdes, while Affleck has been busy with Justice League, which is the next big screen flick he will be seen in, as the Christian Post shares.

As hopeful as the masses are for these two to get back together, it seems that we all must accept that Jen and Ben as they once were, are no more, but that they will always remain present and in one another’s lives, which is admirable these days.
Garner was open during her exclusive interview with Vanity Fair last year and shared that she will always have love for the father of her children, and that if she was given the decision once more, she wouldn’t change a thing.
