Stephanie Pratt Arrested For DUI

Hills Star Stephanie Pratt has joined the long list of “celebrities” (I use the term loosely) who like to drink and drive after she was arrested Sunday morning.

According to authorities, Pratt was arrested at 3:45 a.m. Sunday morning in Los Angeles after having spent the night clubbing following a birthday party for Heidi Montag. Unconfirmed reports say she was pulled over after dropping her brother Spencer Pratt home.

Pratt was taken to jail in Van Nuys and charged with a misdemeanor. Bail was set at $5,000 and she was released at 10:30 a.m.

To add insult to irony, Stephanie told E! News Saturday that she was focused on safe driving due to a friend being killed in a car accident. “I got bad news this morning. A friend passed away in a car accident, so everyone needs to drive safe,” she reportedly said.

This isn’t the first time Stephanie Pratt has been in trouble with the law: she was arrested in 2006 on shoplifting changes.
