Jay-Z’s Epic Twitter Rant About Other Rap Artist

Jay-Z became the first rapper to be inducted into the Songwriter Hall of Fame on Thursday. The milestone is just one of many held by the famous rapper/businessman. However, being the first to do anything can bring out the emotion even in people you typically don’t hear or see it from ever, especially Hova himself.

Jay-Z is someone who does not interact over social media too often. He’s also known not to say much outside of profession and has a rather private life. Thursday night, the world of Twitter got to hear from the “GOD MC” himself over a series of tweets thanking all of his musical influences. Many fans reacted to the unexpected Twitter rant, one even saying, “Jay Z bored in the waiting room at the hospital.” Referring to Jay’s wife Beyonce who is expected to be in the hospital for her expected birth of twins.

Jay-Z was not in attendance to receive his award but allowed his friend Jon Platt to accept on his behalf, while Jay’s family and friends were in attendance. The 48th annual Song Writers Hall of Fame Induction and Awards Gala was held in New York City, NY. The list of artistic influences and inspirations stretched long.

The rant from Hov comes as many rumors have circulated the internet and social media about his wife Beyonce possibly being in labor this week. Jay’s absence from what seems to be a major accomplishment he’s proud of has many people believing Queen B has indeed gone into labor. The expected twins will be the 2nd and 3rd children between the married couple. Beyonce gave birth to their daughter Blu Ivy Carter into the world in January of 2012.

Fans over social media went to Twitter to voice their opinions on the epic and rare Twitter rant from Jay. Every since Jay released his series of tweets on Thursday night, Twitter has been buzzing about the matter. Of course, both in positive and negative ways but overall Twitter fans appreciated the fact the legendary MC finally spoke over social media in unique fashion. His most notable tweet was calling former President Barack Obama the “greatest rapper of all-time.”
