Michael Strahan’s Twins Take Special Tour Of New York For ‘Live With Kelly And Michael’

Michael Strahan’s twins got a chance to spend a special day with their dad, touring New York Cit in a segment filmed for Live With Kelly and Michael.

The twins were spotted bundled up against the late fall cold in hot-pink down coats as they trekked to the top of the Empire State Building, Yahoo! TV reported. Strahan’s twins were there for an event-filled, daylong tour of Manhattan filmed for Friday’s episode of Live With Kelly and Michael.

Michael Strahan’s twins enjoyed visiting Santa Clause at Macy’s, watching skaters at Bryant Park, checking out the American Girl store, and visiting the iconic FAO Schwartz toy store.

On Wednesday night, the former NFL star had made a Broadway debut of his own — appearing on stage for a production of the holiday comedy, “Elf.”

Michael Strahan said taking his twins around New York fits in with the nature of Live With Kelly and Michael.

“It’s the nature of the show to get out and be part of the community in New York City, and for me it’s just about having great experiences,” Strahan told the New York Daily News.

The twice-divorced Strahan has four kids — two with his first wife Wanda Hutchins, and twins with his second wife Jean.

Michael Strahan’s twins might have another chance to enjoy New York City with their dad. He recently landed a gig in the stage production of Elf, taking on several small parts in a Wednesday matinee this week. As USA Today reported, Strahan even played himself in the second act, revealing that in 1980 he asked Santa for a Red Schwinn bicycle with a bell shaped like Miss Piggy
