‘B&B’ Spoilers: Gilles Marini Joins The Show, Get Details Of New Role

Fans of Devious Maids and Switched at Birth will be glad to hear that Gilles Marini is joining the cast of The Bold and the Beautiful once again. He sounds like a great addition to the cast and Soap Opera Digest was able to find out the details on his new role. He will be on the show during the summer time while they are in Monte Carlo. It is just a guest role, but you never know if it could turn into long-term if he wins the fans over.

Gilles Marini will be playing a doctor on the show who is called to help out one of the characters on the show while attending the annual Spencer Summit, set in Monaco. No word yet on who is injured and needs his help. You will get to see him starting on July 28, and he has filmed two episodes of The Bold and the Beautiful.

This isn’t the first time that Gilles Marini has been on the show and may not be the last. He was also on The Bold and the Beautiful back in 2007, he played a character named Jean-Claude, and in 2005, a French waiter. It is obvious that the fans love him and would enjoy him being on the show permanently. He has been missed since Devious Maids was canceled by Lifetime.

This part of the show sounds like a good one. Forrester and Spectra will go head to head in a competition to see who can design the best swimsuit. Now that Sally Spectra isn’t stealing designs and is actually doing her own thing she might stand a chance to beat them. She will also have Thomas Forrester by her side, which is a huge plus. It would be interesting to see how it turns out. Sally should have some wild swimsuit designs.

It will be a little over a month before you get the chance to see Gilles on the show.
