Meghan Markle Asked About Getting Engaged To Prince Harry? Rumor Debunked
Despite endless rumors that Meghan Markle is getting closer to becoming a princess, an engagement hasn’t happened just yet. It seems as though everyone wants to know if the Suits actress and her guy — Prince Harry — have talked about taking that next step in their relationship. While many assume that this is the real deal for Harry — who used to be a bit of a serial dater — the couple has chosen to keep details of their romance away from the media — And for good reason. The media tends to be relentless.
Of course, that only means that various news outlets are going to be inclined to make up their own stories. With a relationship so red hot, the curiosity of the world is at an all-time high. A recent story published by the Daily Mail insists that Markle was asked about her relationship with Harry by a fan at the recent ATX Television Festival. While the publication would like you to believe that Markle remained coy and just gave the fan a smile without elaborating, the whole story was actually fabricated, according to Gossip Cop.
The gossip-debunking site has confirmed that Markle was never even asked about getting engaged to Prince Harry at the event. The site claims that there’s a video online of the whole event and it’s clear to see that Markle didn’t get that particular question.
Interestingly enough, Gossip Cop says that a Daily Mail reporter caught up with Markle at the airport in Texas and asked her about her romance with Prince Harry. The site reports that Markle didn’t respond to the question, completely ignoring the reporter and going on her merry way.

Gossip Cop goes on to slam the Daily Mail for making up the news story and for publishing “fake news.”
Meanwhile, in the world of “real news,” things seem to be going swimmingly for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. The two attended Pippa Middleton’s wedding reception together last month and have been making time to see each other when their respective schedules allow.
