Kelly Dodd’s Plastic Surgery Nightmare! ‘RHOC’ Reportedly Had Major Work Done Before Season 12
Kelly Dodd is taking plastic surgery to a whole new level. The Real Housewives of Orange County star allegedly went under the knife for major work ahead of Season 12. How might this affect her relationships with the other women on the show?
According to Radar Online, experts believe doctors performed multiple procedures on Dodd’s face, including fillers, laser resurfacing, Botox injections, and a nose job — all before Season 12 started filming. Dodd admitted to getting a boob job in the past, but she also criticized Heather Dubrow last season for not coming clean about her nose job.
“Kelly Dodd possibly had rhinoplasty, as her tip and bridge look much slimmer now that they did before!” Dr. Michael Salzhauer shared. “She’s had fillers to add a little extra volume to her upper lip and she’s also had some Botox to the forehead to erase the transverse wrinkles there.”
While Dodd will likely face some backlash from her co-stars, Radar Online reports that her friendship with Vicki Gunvalson just hit a major roadblock. While filming for Season 12 of RHOC, a source claims that Dodd reached out to Gunvalson’s enemy, Tamra Judge, and requests a truce. Unfortunately for Dodd, the incident was caught on camera, and Gunvalson wasn’t happy about it.
“Vicki is so angry about Kelly betraying her by making up with Tamra this season,” the insider explained. “Kelly said that she just does not want to be fighting Vicki’s battles anymore, and wants to be neutral from now on.”
Dodd and Gunvalson were good friends last season, and she even came to Gunvalson’s defense on numerous occasions. It sounds like that will change this time around, which means Gunvalson will be on her own against the likes of Judge, Meghan King Edmonds, and Shannon Beador. Of course, whether Kelly Dodd fits in with a different crowd is another matter entirely.
According to Bravo TV, Dodd has already confirmed her return to RHOC for Season 12. This marks Dodd’s second year on the show, and she promised fans that there would be plenty of drama from her direction. While details about the new season are still emerging, Watch What Happens Live host Andy Cohen teased that alliances are starting to change. Does this mean she and Gunvalson will be at odds?
“The new season is, it’s shifting alliances. I think you’re gonna be surprised by Kelly Dodd this season,” Cohen shared. “And some old Housewives [are] returning and it’s really good.”
Cohen did not comment on the rumors surrounding Dodd’s recent plastic surgery. There’s no telling how the rest of the cast will react to Dodd’s transformation, but she’ll certainly have some explaining to do. Bravo has not announced a full cast list for the coming season.
Season 12 of the Real Housewives of Orange County is expected to premiere this summer on Bravo.
