Victor acquires a digital media company, a business that Scott (Daniel Hall) recommended. Being a journalist and having to work for Victor for another six months, Scott thought that the best way to fulfill his end of their bargain is for Mr. Newman to buy a digital media company.

Expanding His Empire
According to CBS Soaps In Depth, Victor put a bid on the digital media company, adding that he wants Scott to run the business for him. He made sure that Scott understood that he could run the business, however, he sees fit, but he is still the boss and has an ultimate say.
