Bethenny Frankel Not A ‘Rags To Riches’ Story? Did ‘RHONY’ Star Get Financial Support As A Child?

Bethenny Frankel is a self-made woman. She had an idea a few years ago, as she was often ordering a low-calorie drink at restaurants and at bars. Bethenny loves a good margarita, and she managed to create a recipe that didn’t contain plenty of calories. In addition to creating this recipe, Frankel had decided to bottle the drink and sell it in the alcohol market. Despite entering a male-driven market, Bethenny was determined to start a business because she knew there was a need on the market.

Fans saw her build a huge business while filming The Real Housewives of New York and after leaving the show, Bethenny reportedly sold parts of her company for $100 million. She became the face of women in entrepreneurship, and many people were inspired by her hustle. However, based on Ramona Singer’s comments on last week’s episode of The Real Housewives of New York, it sounds like Bethenny may not be the rags to riches story that has previously been shared.

According to a new tweet, Bethenny Frankel is not denying that she had school paid for and had some money to get an education. This was something Ramona brought up on the show, and Twitter followers have brought up as well. Bethenny isn’t denying it, but she’s reminding people that Singer also had similar help.

Of course, Singer also started a company when she was young, but she started buying and reselling fashion items, clothing, and accessories. While this was something that worked for her, one can imagine that she may be jealous of Bethenny Frankel’s success. Despite selling her company for $100 million, Frankel hasn’t stopped working. She’s invested some of her money, she’s filmed one reality show, and Bethenny has also launched other companies, such as her production company and her books.

Frankel has revealed that she didn’t have a loving family growing up. She didn’t have a strong relationship with her mother, and she didn’t really know her father as an adult. Fans saw her trying to reconnect with him on The Real Housewives of New York before he died, but she’s also revealed that she had a better connection with another father figure. However, Bethenny has never talked about her parents leaving her financially dry.

What do you think of Bethenny Frankel’s tweet about Ramona Singer not being much different from herself? Do you think Frankel has portrayed herself as being someone who came from nothing?
