Gizelle Bryant Makes Digs At New Housewife After Settling ‘RHOP’ Fight: Is She Too Much Drama?

Gizelle Bryant keeps saying that she’s the word on the street in Potomac, but it sounds like she may be the word on the street because of her dramatic attitude. On The Real Housewives of Potomac, Bryant will do something rude and then act as the victim when she’s called out on it. While some of her co-stars find her behavior entertaining and funny because they are not involved, it can be hard to get along with her if you are a new housewife. Monique Samuels learned this as she got into a heated argument with Bryant, and the two haven’t been able to work things out since.

According to Gizelle’s Bravo blog for The Real Housewives of Potomac, Gizelle Bryant is now revealing why she decided to give Monique a second chance. The two had been feuding since Monique put a bad taste in Bryant’s mouth during one of their first meetings, and it sounds like she wanted to give the new wife a chance during their cast trip. However, Karen Huger made it difficult.

“The first time Karen tried to broker a conversation between Monique and I, she was upstaged by Charrisse’s tears, and Karen will NOT be upstaged. So I wasn’t surprised to see Monique walk on the bus, and quite frankly it was time for us to have a conversation. It would have been even better if it was just the two of us. Karen and her scarf were interrupting us every thirty seconds,” Gizelle Bryant explained on her blog for the show, revealing she wants her co-stars to stay out of the drama with her and the new housewife.

During the episode, Karen Huger seemed to want much of the attention as if she wanted to get continuous credit for setting up the entire trip. And it wasn’t until the ladies went sailing that Gizelle Bryant had a moment to really talk to the new wife.

“If it were not for sailing, Monique and I might not be speaking to this day. Ha! The thought of sailing really made her turn into another person. She became quiet, gentle and calm. At first, I thought she was joking when she said that she didn’t like water. But when she STOPPED TALKING, I knew this girl was terrified,” Bryant continued on her blog, revealing that her dislike for water came as a surprise.

“Listen, I might throw shade at a house party but in a time of true NEED, I’m your girl. This was a once in a lifetime opportunity to sail on an American Cup boat. I knew that if she didn’t take advantage of this opportunity she would regret it, and she would NEVER stop talking about it….and who wants to hear that?” Gizelle Bryant explained on her blog for The Real Housewives of Potomac, making one last dig at Monique about her talking too much.

It seems like an unnecessary dig at the new wife as they have just made peace. But Gizelle Bryant seems to always keep the drama going even when there’s no need to keep it going. She’s created a persona on The Real Housewives of Potomac that truly keeps pushing the drama, perhaps to keep the ratings high and the storylines interesting. She has already fought with several of her housewives, which is why she’s supposedly “the word on the street.”

What do you think of Gizelle Bryant giving Monique a second chance on The Real Housewives of Potomac? Do you think Gizelle was right in this entire feud, or do you think she’s been too harsh and wrong in her argument with the new housewife?
