See New Photos Of Melania And Barron Trump Moving To The White House

Melania and Barron Trump made their move to the White House Sunday evening after staying in New York at Trump Tower several months following the inauguration.

The first lady tweeted a photo that appears to have be taken from her living quarters at the White House. The image gives a stunning view of the Washington Monument.

“Looking forward to the memories we’ll make in our new home! #Movingday,” Melania Trump captioned the image.

It was revealed last week that Melania and 11-year-old Barron would move to Washington, D.C. on June 14. Now that Barron has completed the school year, the mother and son are ready to make the White House their home during Trump’s term as president. The move is a little sooner than expected since reports originally claimed the first lady would move to Washington at the end of June. As it turns out, she’s ready to leave Trump Tower behind for now and be a steady presence with her husband at the White House.

New York Daily News reports that Melania and Barron Trump arrived with the president at Join Base Andrews on Sunday night before making their way to the White House. Melania and Barron were dressed casual while Donald was in his usual dark suit and tie. He spent the weekend at Trump National Golf Course in New Jersey.

When Barron stepped off Air Force One, he was wearing a T-shirt that reads, “The Expert” and had on a pair of blue pants and sneakers. He was also carrying a backpack and holding a fidget spinner in his right hand.

Melania’s parents are also joining the family and showed up just before 8:30 p.m. on Sunday. They won’t be moving into the White House, but are expected to be frequent guests. Barron’s grandparents have been heavily involved in caring for him.

Politico published a report recently after speaking with sources inside President Trump’s inner circle stating that Melania will help his image by having a more family-like atmosphere inside the White House. Some are hoping it’ll make some difference in his demeanor, especially when it comes to impulsive tweets. No one expects her to be a “fail-safe” against his late-night tweet fests, but there’s hope it can be curbed somewhat.

Former Trump campaign aide, Sam Nunberg, has a spent a lot of time with Donald and Melania Trump. He shares that Melania is “a strong influence and personality, and I think she comforts him.”

Newsmax CEO Chris Ruddy is a longtime Mar-a-Lago member and Trump confidant who explains Donald is on the phone with Melania several times a day. He listens to her and respects her opinion, he reveals.

Overall, Melania Trump moving to Washington is believed to provide some solace for her husband. Trump said to feel lonely and isolated in his job — and doesn’t trust anyone with the exception of his small network of advisors that is also comprised of his daughter, Ivanka Trump, and his son-in-law and senior adviser, Jared Kushner. As Politico writes, Melania’s presence is “seen internally as a major shift for a president who has grown increasingly cheerless in his job, lashing out at aides in frustration and taking out his anger over how he thinks he is being treated on Twitter.”

Having his young son at the residence will also be a new chapter for Trump in Washington. Barron has been looking forward to moving for a while and has even started planning sleepovers at the White House. Several students from his private school in Manhattan visited last month and were treated to a tour, buffet lunch, and got to hear Trump give a speech. The students and teachers stayed overnight at a hotel in Washington before returning home to NYC the next day.

Barron will also have an opportunity to see more of his father and experience living somewhere other than Trump Tower and Mar-a-Lago. It’s been widely reported that he has his own floor at the NYC penthouse. Epic changes await Barron and his mother as they move into their new home.

Are you happy to see Melania and Barron Trump finally moving into the White House? Hopefully, the public will get to see more of the two once they’re settled in.
