Harry Styles Rocks The World: Tour Dates And Details For An Expanded World Tour


Harry Styles rocks. All over the world fans are clamoring for tickets to see the rock star in concert. Styles early shows are already sold out. Due to high demand, the One Direction singer gone solo has just booked 56 more tour dates, extending his tour into July of 2018.

Harry Styles’ 2017 tour dates run from September 19 at the Masonic in San Francisco until November 7 in Berlin Germany. Those dates are mostly smaller more intimate venues according to PRN. The “Sign of the Times” singer will be touring with MUNA in 2017, an outspoken all girl band during this leg of his tour.

Harry Styles’ new tour dates from March until July 2018 are for huge venues in only the major cities. These dates too are predicted to sell out quickly.

Styles is going on his first solo world tour, but he won’t be alone. MUNA will be opening for Harry in 2017, as they tour the US, UK, and one date each in Germany and Canada.

Harry Styles 2018 tour dates will feature Kacey Musgraves for dates in the United States and Canada. War Paint will open for Styles in the Asian shows, while Leon Bridges will be going to South America and Mexico with the last leg of the tour according to PRN. Guests for the European and Australian legs of the tour are to be announced soon.

Harry’s tour dates appear to be booked tight but the break from November until March should give Styles time to rest a bit. Likewise booking smaller venues first will help Harry to adjust to the different atmosphere of adult audiences and also the absence of his One Direction band mates.

Harry Styles’ musical style matured considerably since his last tour with One Direction. Billboard has just announced that Styles’ “Sign of the Times” in addition to being No. 12 on the pop chart, is inching its way up the adult alternative airplay chart where it is now at No. 30. This is essentially the radio airplay rock chart.

Yes, Harry Styles is officially a rock star. His solo album at No. 1 on the Billboard 200. Harry is enjoying an almost unprecedented crossover into the alternative rock genre from boy band pop. According to Billboard, Radio programming directors including Emily McIntosh of KGSR are “surprised.”

“The word that permeated so many conversations about the track consistently was ‘surprise.’ Harry surprised us all with a song that shook the conventional boy-band-member-goes-solo aesthetic. And often, that surprise turned to genuine delight. “Sign,” [is a] timeless ballad that deserves the attention of programmers and music fans worldwide.”

Harry Styles is getting attention with songs like “Two Ghosts” and “Sign of the Times,” selling out shows and gaining the recognition of serious music critics. His hard work is paying off for him, but he still has a long tour ahead.

Harry Styles concert tickets will go on sale June 16, but it is possible for fans to preregister through Ticketmaster’s Verified Fan program for European and American show tickets. Preregistration will be possible for other world tour locations later.
