Acer Liquid A1 With Google Android 1.6 Finally Revealed



Acer Liquid A1 Announced in UK

On Wednesday Acer UK finally announced their much anticipated Liquid A1 Smartphone. The unit features Google Android 1.6 (Donut), with a Snapdragon 1GHz processor and a few other handy features worth a closer look.

The Liquid A1 offers 3G and 3.5G data connections, a High Definition capacitive touch screen (Wide VGA) with 800 x 480 pixels of resolution and a 5MP camera with auto focus, geo-tagging, ISO, self-timer options and accelerated auto-focus performance.

For social networking fans the phone also offers a smart integration setup that makes using Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Flickr, Picasa in tandem with your address book extremely simple. The program even provides real-time notification of status and content updates.
