‘Little People, Big World’ Stars Amy And Matt Roloff Talk About Their First Grandson, Hopes For Him

Amy and Matt Roloff of Little People, Big World may be divorced, but these two are going through something for the first time together. They are now grandparents of a sweet little boy and also have another grandchild on the way. People got a chance to talk to Amy and Matt and find out how they feel about being grandparents for the first time. Their entire lives have changed, and they aren’t afraid to talk about it. Amy and Matt still both live on the farm and are also dating new people.

Matt Roloff is very excited to have a new baby in the family. He said, “I feel blessed and beyond excited that the Roloff farm is alive and well with the birth of Jackson Kyle.”

Matt didn’t stop there and it sounds like his grandson already has him wrapped around his finger. He went on to say, “There’s definitely a new sheriff in town. I can’t wait for him to create childhood memories on the farm like Zach did.”

Matt has already realized who is in charge at the farm now and it isn’t him anymore. It is great that Zach and his wife Tori Roloff live right there on the farm so that their son can be around family all the time.

In case you missed it, Zach and Tori’s son is just like him and was born with achondroplasia, the most common form of dwarfism. They didn’t find out right away, but the couple made it very clear that they would be happy either way. Zach Roloff has shared that he is cool with this and it makes his son just like him. He will know how to relate to him as he is growing up. Zach actually spoke out about it in People.

“You have to encourage a dwarf child a little more because it will take them five steps to do what others can do in two. But I knew — dwarf or not — I was going to parent my child with the mentality that not everyone gets a trophy. You have to earn it.”

His brother Jeremy and his wife Audrey Roloff just moved back to Portland to be near their family when their baby is born as well. This will make it where Jeremy and Zach will be able to have their children near each other while they are growing up and also surrounded by family. In Touch Weekly shared the details about their big move they made recently. They actually bought a house in Portland, so it seems like this is a move they plan to stick with, but they didn’t move back to the farm. This sounds like the right move for them and fans love that this means that they should end up on the show Little People, Big World even more.

Amy Roloff said that she already loves being a grandma. She also feels like Zach and Tori are going to be amazing parents. The fans can’t wait to watch it all go down on Little People, Big World. Right now, the current season is a bit behind what is going on so you can’t see the baby quite yet, but instead, viewers can see Tori going through her pregnancy. You know that as soon as the babies are able to, they will be seen on the show and fans are going to enjoy that a lot.
