Kim Kardashian Reportedly Behind Kanye West’s Hiding, He ‘Wanted A Break From Her’

Kim Kardashian is reportedly the reason Kanye West has been laying low recently. Sources are claiming the two underwent a “trial separation” earlier this year after rumors of an imminent divorce ran rampant.

Kanye’s recent break from the spotlight has allegedly been about more than just a little time away from the cameras. Sources are claiming that the rapper has reportedly also been hiding out from the spotlight because he “wanted a break” from Kim.

“They want you to think that Kanye just needed a break from fame and Hollywood,” a source told Life & Style of Kardashian and West’s alleged time apart earlier this year, claiming that the dad of two’s time away was also because “he wanted a break from Kim and his life with her.”

West allegedly needed some time away from the reality star and the drama that seems to follow the Kardashian family in order to gain some clarity and work out their differences. He supposedly felt like he and his wife were on “separate paths.”

The couple’s separation lasted for six weeks, according to the site. However, it looks like Kardashian and her husband are now back together and attempting to make their relationship work, as they’ve been making no secret of the fact that they’ve been spending more time together in recent days.

“They’re trying to make it work, but there are a lot of problems between them,” said the Kardashian source after months of divorce rumors swirling around the couple, but noted that their marriage is supposedly still “an ongoing struggle.”

But despite the separation and past divorce claims, Kim hasn’t been shy when it comes to letting fans know that she and Kanye now appear to be on a better path in the wake of the divorce allegations that peppered much of their 2016.

Kim shared a sweet photo of the two on social media to celebrate their third wedding anniversary just last month.

Proving that she has no plans to divorce her husband of three years anytime soon, Kardashian captioned the photo, “3 down, a lifetime to go…” alongside a heart emoji.

West then returned the favor in a less public way. E! News revealed that Kim Kardashian headed over to Snapchat to show off the huge bouquet of flowers her husband sent her to celebrate their big marriage milestone.

The site also revealed last week that the couple also just jetted off on vacation together as West prepares to celebrate his 40th birthday on June 8 after laying low for several weeks following his hospitalization last year.

The insider noted that Kim and Kanye haven’t spent time away together in a while, which is why West decided to organize the family vacation for his wife and their two kids, North West and Saint West, to the Bahamas for a few days.

“Kanye wanted to plan this vacation for their family as it’s been awhile since they have taken a vacation together as a whole,” said the outlet’s Kardashian insider. “Kim really needed time to relax and wants to spend quality time with Kanye and he is going out of his way to make it special.”

The source also confirmed to the site that the couple are working hard on their marriage in the wake of the rampant divorce allegations but did not comment on claims that Kardashian and West recently had a trial separation.

“Kanye and Kim are on a good path. They have been really working on their marriage,” said a Kardashian source.

The insider added that it’s their two children who have really encouraged them to stick together and make their marriage a priority after various reports claimed earlier this year and late last year that a divorce was imminent.

“Kanye and Kim both been through a lot but they have both got help and counselling on their own and with each other,” the insider added.
