Angelina Jolie’s Children Are Reportedly Planning A Very Special Birthday For Their Mom

Angelina Jolie’s children are reportedly planning an extra special birthday for their mom on June 4. As this will be the first year that Angelina will be celebrating her birthday without Brad Pitt, her kids are allegedly aiming to give her a celebration that she will never forget.

Rather than having a large birthday celebration for Angelina Jolie, 41, the plans for her party are reported to be small and intimate and more of a family affair than anything else. With six children prepared to help out with her birthday, Angelina won’t have to worry about spending it alone, as a source has confided to Hollywood Life.

“Angie’s birthday is coming up but there won’t be any family reunion. She and the kids will have a small celebration. The kids love special days like this and want to go all out for their mother.”

While all of Angelina Jolie’s children will be helping out with the birthday bash, it makes sense that the two eldest, Pax and Maddox, will be heading up the birthday affair. As far as birthday gifts go, despite not having to worry about money, Angelina’s children are a creative brood and aim to give their mom something that you can’t buy in any stores.

So, what are Pax and Maddox and the other children cooking up for Angelina Jolie’s birthday? They are all going to give her priceless homemade art projects that they have conjured up. They will also be baking her a homemade cake as well.

“Pax and Maddox are leading the charge and they are all working on personal art projects to give her as gifts and plan on making her a birthday cake from scratch.”

Hollywood Life‘s source also pointed out that Angelina Jolie’s children are very close to her and are aware that it has been a difficult year since he split with their dad, Brad Pitt. Because of this, they know that it may be an emotional time for their mom and reportedly want to give her a happy birthday where she won’t have to contemplate anything too serious.

“The kids love their mother and are very aware this will be a more difficult birthday since the split.”

Angelina Jolie’s upcoming birthday celebration will be added to the list of recent family gatherings, which include spending a day out in Disneyland to celebrate 11-year-old Shiloh’s birthday on May 27 and having fun on rides like the teacups.

Memorial Day is reported to have been spent at home, according to another source at Hollywood Life, as Angelina Jolie and her children enjoyed a fun family barbecue over the holiday.

“Angelina is enjoying a low key, at home, Memorial Day. Angelina is planning to just enjoy her time with the kids, BBQ some food, and chill out. It’s rare that she gets really quality mommy time, without having some work or other to get through, but she cleared her schedule for the whole weekend so she can just be a regular mom.”

It has been a tough year for Angelina Jolie with her now amicable divorce and custody battle with Brad Pitt, and she has recently discussed how much she misses her mother, Marcheline Bertrand, as the Today Show reported. She spoke about how enthusiastic her late mother would have been at being a grandmother and admitted that she felt sad that her children would miss out on this.
