Synopsis of The Wrong Bed: Naked Pursuit On LMN

Part of an A+E, Lifetime, and Harlequin collaboration, LMN presents The Wrong Bed: Naked Pursuit. Viewers are introduced to Stella Williams, who was just ousted from a local insurance company. Despite the cold reality of losing her job, Stella’s life takes a sensual and passionate turn when she wakes up handcuffed in bed to firefighter Owen Michaels after a hot and steamy night of lovemaking.

Even more mystifying, Stella and Owen do not remember how they ended up in the hotel room. Stella is hysterical, and Owen is just as confused. Whatever happened the night before must have been well worth it. After all, Stella was driven wild by a drop dead gorgeous stud who looks like he stepped right out of a Harlequin romance book.

However, as reality sets in and memories start flooding back to her, Stella realizes they need to get out of the hotel room after a perplexing note suggests they are in danger. Once they go on the run, it’s up to Stella and Owen to untangle the mystery before they both end up dead.

Chatting With Jill

Jill Monroe said she was excited when she found out that her book was going to be turned into a movie. She even considered which actors would be perfect for the roles. In the end, she was pleased with the actors who were chosen. Monroe’s Facebook page also states that she will be hosting a Facebook party with 30 authors who have been invited.

According to Hypable, Jill Monroe is the author of over 10 romance books. Fans of her sexy novellas say that her timeless tales are suspenseful and original.

In a brief chat with author Jill Monroe, she states that her novels are never based on real people. She also provides one more interesting detail.

“I don’t ever base my characters off real life people, although certain personality quirks, or an interesting job or hobby of people I meet will work their way into a character from time to time. Many real life events will sneak into a story – some fun times on my first date with my husband are in The Wrong Bed: Naked Pursuit.”

Once Monroe gets an idea, she always makes sure that she has enough for a riveting story. In the statement to Inquisitr, Jill reveals how she develops the story.

“Usually characters pop into my head through dialogue. I write down a few paragraphs of what I call talking heads. After I get that down, I will go back and flesh the characters, the setting out more. I usually write a full first chapter, and once I’m satisfied with that, I’ll stop and jot down a synopsis to make sure I have enough meat on the bone for a full story.”

The Wrong Bed: Naked Pursuit on Lifetime Movie Network is produced by LMN Productions with Laura Fleury, Christian Murphy, Christopher E. Perry, and Roma Roth listed as executive producers. The movie is based on the book The Wrong Bed: Naked Thrill, which is part of the Harlequin Blaze title series.

The world premiere airs Friday, June 2, at 8/7 p.m. Central on Lifetime Movie Network. Another sexy thriller, Seduced by a Stranger, also aired on LMN recently.
