‘Real Housewives Of Orange County’ Season 12: Vicki Gunvalson Upset About Kelly Dodd’s Friendship With Tamra?

A Real Housewives of Orange County alliance has reportedly been broken up.

After Vicki Gunvalson and Kelly Dodd teamed up against their co-stars during The Real Housewives of Orange County Season 11 last year, the two women have reportedly had a falling out due to Dodd’s alleged friendship with Gunvalson’s on-screen nemesis, Tamra Judge.

“[Vicki Gunvalson] is so angry about [Kelly Dodd] betraying her by making up with [Tamra Judge] this season,” the source revealed to Radar Online on May 30.

Although Kelly Dodd reportedly wants to stay neutral in the ongoing drama between Vicki Gunvalson and Tamra Judge, which has been playing out for the last few seasons of The Real Housewives of Orange County, there’s really no way to stay neutral between the two cast members. As Radar Online pointed out, Kelly Dodd was an “outspoken warrior” for Vicki Gunvalson on The Real Housewives of Orange County up until she decided to make amends with Tamra Judge.

As for the other cast members of the show, Shannon Beador and Meghan King Edmonds have reportedly made it crystal clear that they are Team Tamra.

“Kelly is not BFF with Tamra now by any means, but she and Tamra did get to a point where they just are able to drop their fight and call it even,” the insider revealed. “Of course, this has made Vicki so upset because Kelly was the one who was starting all the fights last season, and now she doesn’t want to finish them.”

According to Radar Online, Kelly Dodd isn’t the only one attempting to stay neutral with Vicki Gunvalson and Tamra Judge. As they explained, Lydia McLaughlin, who returns to The Real Housewives of Orange County in a full-time role following a temporary exit after Season 8, is also playing nice with both sides as they continue to feud.

As fans will recall, Lydia McLaughlin appeared on just one season of The Real Housewives of Orange County before leaving the show so she could focus on her career and her growing family.

Prior to Radar Online publishing their report on May 30, All About the Tea broke news of Tamra Judge and Kelly Dodd’s friendship, revealing that Dodd was motivated to make amends with her co-star out of fear. As the outlet’s source explained, Dodd doesn’t want to have a repeat of Season 11 and would instead prefer to breeze through Season 12 without incident.

Weeks later, All About the Tea shared a second report, revealing that Kelly Dodd was reportedly fearful that Tamra Judge could dig up something about her that she didn’t want to expose publicly.

The report regarding Kelly Dodd’s attempt at a neutral stance comes just one month after Radar Online claimed Vicki Gunvalson and Tamra Judge were in a dispute over their Real Housewives of Orange County salaries.

“Tamra knows that Vicki has some serious dirt on her, and she really wants to soothe things over so that Vicki does not go into full attack mode this year,” a source close to production told the outlet, adding that the women’s paychecks were the real reason behind their battle.

As the outlet revealed, Vicki Gunvalson is reportedly earning a whopping $750,000 each season while Tamar Judge is getting just $600,000 for Season 12.

The Real Housewives of Orange County Season 12 will air this summer on Bravo TV. No word yet on a premiere date or trailer reveal.
