Adam Levine Debuts New Tattoos With Wife’s Butt As Backdrop

Adam Levine just got a set of new tattoos on his fingers.

After wrapping up his 12th season of The Voice, Adam Levine paid a visit to his tattoo artist where he was given eight letter tattoos across his fingers, which read, “True Love.” On Instagram, Adam Levine debuted the new ink with his wife Behati Prinsloo’s butt as the backdrop.

In the caption of the photo, Adam Levine wrote, “It’s worth holding onto… by @milo.decruz and permanent illustration by @bryanrandolph.”

In the black and white photo, Behati Prinsloo was seen sporting a black thong as her Maroon 5 husband grabbed her butt cheeks with his newly tattooed fingers.

Adam Levine has long been known for his many tattoos, and in September 2012, the 38-year-old musician posed on the cover of Inked magazine. He also showed off his many tattoos on Instagram in September of last year as he revealed the first photo of his baby girl, Dusty Rose, who was seen lying on his tattooed chest.

During his interview with Inked magazine years ago, Adam Levine revealed Los Angeles-based tattoo artist Baby Ray had given him his very first tattoo when he was just 21-years-old.

“After he did the tattoo he made me go across the street and get him a pack of cigarettes,” Adam Levine recalled, according to a report by the Daily Mail on May 29.

“You have to give those guys credit, they’re probably sick and tired of people screwing around and coming into the shop and not getting anything, so I totally understand the attitude of: ‘Are you wasting my time or are we really going to do this?'” he added.

Adam Levine and his co-stars, including Blake Shelton, Gwen Stefani, and Season 12 winner Alicia Keys, wrapped filming on the latest season of The Voice last week with the series’ two-part finale special. As fans will recall, Adam Levine and Blake Shelton starred on the series’ first season when it began airing years ago, and as the third and fourth spots have been given to numerous others throughout the show’s run, they have maintained their coaching roles for the series’ entirety.

Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo struck up a romance with one another in 2012 just weeks after Levine split from model Anne Vyalitsyna. Then, just one year later, the couple briefly called it quits before getting back together and becoming engaged months later.

Following Adam Levine’s July 2014 wedding, the singer opened up about how being a husband changed him.

“I think it does change, but in a great way,” Adam Levine told Ryan Seacrest, according to a report by Us Weekly magazine in 2015. “You feel like a man or something, it’s weird… you feel slightly more masculine. I feel like from a man’s perspective … at the end of the day, if you’re with the right person, the guy is supposed to feel like, I think, a little bit more of a man.”

Also during his interview on Ryan Seacrest’s radio show, Adam Levine addressed the number of children he’d like to have with his wife.

“I want to have 100 kids. I want to have more kids than would be socially responsible,” Adam Levine joked to the radio host.

Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo announced they were expecting their first child together in March of last year after about a year and a half of marriage. Months later, Adam Levine announced the birth of his daughter Dusty Rose on September 21.
