‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: Chelsea Goes Looking For Chloe, Finds Adam Instead?

Young and the Restless spoilers tease that Chelsea’s (Melissa Claire Egan) mission to find Chloe (Elizabeth Hendrickson) could take a surprising turn.

With reports indicating that The Young and the Restless is bringing back Adam Newman (Michael Muhney/Justin Hartley), spoilers suggest that Chelsea’s quest could be the thing that leads fans to discover his condition and whereabouts. Is Adam dead or alive? Could he be comatose or amnesiac? Is he in hiding or was he locked away? Is he in California, or did he somehow make it out of the country? Chelsea might be about to find out.

Chelsea is on a mission

Since she discovered Adam’s ring in Chloe’s bedroom and confronted her former best friend about her role in Adam’s death, Chelsea has been unable to let go of her need to uncover the truth. Chloe might have killed Adam, after all, or might at least have info on who did. She won’t stop until she gets justice for her husband.

Despite the fact that he knows about Chloe and Victor’s (Eric Braeden) collusion, Nick (Joshua Morrow) encouraged Chelsea to get the closure she needs. Young and the Restless spoilers for the Monday episode say that he will take it a step further and lie to his own father about Chelsea’s plans. According to spoilers from Celeb Dirty Laundry, Nick will tell Victor that she called the whole thing off.

Nick took a big risk when he gave Chelsea his blessing to try and track down Chloe. If she succeeds and somehow uncovers Chloe and Victor’s alliance, Victor could retaliate by telling her that Nick knew about the whole thing all along. Chelsea will undoubtedly take this as a betrayal, and it would be the end of their romance.

But Nick knows how much this means to Chelsea. Now, there’s nothing holding her back, and as Young and the Restless spoilers have it, Chelsea will do anything to get justice for Adam. She’s on her way to San Francisco and to the psychiatric facility where Chloe was once confined. There, she poses as Chloe’s sister to get more info about her former friend.

Chelsea saves her “dead” husband?

With Chelsea taking off to find Chloe, it now seems like The Young and the Restless is hurtling toward its highly anticipated Adam Newman reveal. And with a new Adam supposedly being introduced, there’s a variety of ways this story could unfold. According to Young and the Restless spoilers from CDL, one possibility is that during her mission, Chelsea will come upon clues that will lead her to believe that her husband is still alive.

Even better, Adam could be in need of saving. Maybe Victor has him locked up somewhere and Chelsea will get the opportunity to bust him out. This would be great for The Young and the Restless, as damsels are usually the ones in distress and don’t normally get the chance to do any rescuing in the CBS soap.

Young and the Restless spoilers from CDL also suggest that Nick could help Chelsea get Adam back home to Genoa City. This will again test Nick’s character and put his relationship with Chelsea on the line. Adam is, after all, still Chelsea’s husband. With Adam back, he will also have to explain how he and his brother’s wife became a couple.

But will Chelsea succeed in finding Chloe or Adam — or both? Nick might have urged her to go and might think that he has tricked Victor into being complacent, but The Moustache does have a way of finding these things out. He could soon find out that Chelsea has gone to San Francisco and blackmail her into ending her search. But what does Victor have on Chelsea? Well, there’s still the issue of Christian’s paternity, the truth of which Chelsea has been keeping from Nick since his brother died.
