Watch Cleveland Cavaliers Vs. Boston Celtics Game 1 Live Stream: Start Time, NBA Eastern Conference Finals

The Cleveland Cavaliers, unstoppable so far in the playoffs with eight straight wins, stormed into Boston to take on the Celtics. Game One of the NBA Eastern Conference Finals will live stream on Wednesday, with LeBron James and his defending NBA Champions needing to shake off the rust of a nine-day layoff since they finished off the Toronto Raptors in four straight in the Eastern semifinal round.

Boston — who capped off a bruising, seven-game victory over the Washington Wizards just on Monday — hold home court advantage in the series after earning the top seed in the East, the result of the Cavaliers taking their foot off the accelerator as the regular season wound down. Cleveland lost their final four games and their last eight of 13.

But no major NBA expert gives Boston a chance in the series, and few even see any hope for the Celtics to capture Game One. Las Vegas oddsmakers agree, with Bovada sports book listing Cleveland as a -210 favorite, meaning that bettors would need to plunk down $210 just to win $100.

The Celtics are +175 underdogs according to the Bovada money line, meaning that a wager of $100 will bring a $175 return on a Celtics Game One victory.

If the Celtics are to have any shot at all at stunning Cleveland, they will need to find some way to slow down the world’s best basketball player; 32-year-old, 14-year superstar LeBron James. Through the Cavaliers first eight postseason games, all victories, James is averaging 34.4 points, nine rebounds, and seven assists while shooting a lights-out 57 percent from the floor, including an incredible 46.8 percent from three point land.

The Celtics’ offense will run through their undersized, 28-year-old point guard, Isaiah Thomas, who has topped 20 points in eight of the Celtics 13 postseason games through the first two rounds, including a 53-point outing and a trio of 33-point games.

Can the Boston Celtics shock the basketball world and pull off a Game One victory in the NBA Eastern Conference Finals despite going into the series as heavy underdogs? Or will the Cleveland Cavaliers and LeBron James shake off the rust of their nine-day layoff and make a statement on the Celtics’ home court to win their ninth playoff game in a row?
