Heather Robertson: Kindergarten Teacher Confesses To Having Group Sex With Students, Texas Police Say
Texas teacher Heather Robertson confessed to having group sex with male teenage students, Lufkin police say. Robertson reportedly connected with at least some of the boys via Snapchat and invited them over to her apartment for a threesome.
Heather Robertson has been teaching in Lufkin area schools since 2000. Whether any of the teenage students were once members of her own classroom still remains unknown. The 38-year-old Hudson Independent School District teacher is a mother of two. Social media photos appear to indicate Robertson’s daughters might be teenagers as well.
The Texas kindergarten teacher was arrested on Saturday and charged with four counts of having an improper relationship between an educator and a student. Heather Robertson told police investigators she had a threesome at least once with two of the four teenage boys involved in the case, the Lufkin Daily News reports.

The investigation into the Texas kindergarten teacher having sex with students began on April 20. Police records reportedly indicate Heather Robertson was only arrested one other time in the county. The driving while intoxicated charges were reportedly levied last month. The teacher, who has now resigned, told Lufkin police investigators she recently became a heavy drinker and does not really remember all the details about the group sex with teenage boys.
One of the teenage boys told the law enforcement officers tasked with handling the case that Robertson started communicating with him on Snapchat after spring break in the Texas school district. He further maintained the teacher began sending him sexually explicit messages on the social media platform. According to the victim’s statement to the police, when the kindergarten teacher invited the teenage student over to have sex, he decided to not only go but took along a friend.
The teenage boy said he told the Texas teacher he had a friend with him and asked if it was alright to bring him along, and Robertson agreed. When the two students arrived at her apartment, they said they found the teacher lying on her living room sofa kicked back with an e-cigarette.
After a little bit of chatting, Heather Robertson allegedly invited the two boys into her bedroom. Once inside the teacher’s bedroom, she stripped off all of her clothes and initiated a threesome with the male high school students, according to allegations raised by at least one victim in the police report.
Two other male high school students eventually admitted to having sex with Robertson multiple time as well. One of the teenage boys said he would sneak out of his parents’ house to meet the kindergarten teacher for sex. Heather Robertson allegedly picked the teen up in her vehicle and drove them back to her apartment for sex.

The Texas kindergarten teacher told Lufkin police investigators she did not force the teenage boys to wear condoms because she could no longer get pregnant. Heather Robertson also told the law enforcement investigators she recalled having sex with one of the students four times between late last year and just prior to her arrest, the Daily Mail reports.
The teacher told the students not to tell anyone about the sexual relationship when warning them about how much trouble she could get into, according to Robertson’s confession. If convicted of the sex with students charges levied against her, Heather Robertson could spend up to two decades behind bars. The veteran teacher began her career as an educator at Burley Primary in Lufkin.
