Alec Baldwin Stalker Genevieve Sabourin Re-Arrested For Violating Restraining Order

Genevieve Sabourin, a Canadian actress accused of stalking Alec Baldwin, has been arrested once again for violating a restraining order place against her earlier this year.

Baldwin and Sabourin met on the set of the 2002 sci-fi comedy The Adventures of Pluto Nash, in which he had a cameo and she was a publicist.

Sabourin, who claims she and the 30 Rock star had a romantic relationship, was first arrested in April on suspicion of aggravated harassment and stalking.

At the time, Sabourin, 40, had been bombarding Baldwin with e-mails and text messages that proclaimed her love and a desire to have his baby. She was soon after hit with a restraining order barring her from contacting Baldwin or his partner Hilaria Thomas.

The New York Post reports that police detectives arrested Sabourin at a Manhattan courthouse on Tuesday after it was revealed she broke that agreement and had been tweeting about the Baldwin and his wife.

Those tweets violated the protective order’s prohibitions on using third parties to communicate with Alec Baldwin, a source said.

One tweet sent on November 8, which she tagged Hilaria in, said:

“How Hilaria Baldwin beZEN, peaceful yogi, Alec Baldwin keep my INJUSTICE+break my life? (sic)”.

She said in another:

According to the New York Daily News, Sobourin’s attorney, Maurice Sercarz, also quit because she reportedly failed to pay her legal fees.

It is uncertain how long Sabourin will remain in jail and under what terms she is being held under.
