Pepsi’s Darth Vader Energy Cola has been released in Japan, according to Kotaku.
If you’ve ever wanted to have the unrelenting energy of a Sith Lord, then the soda company is giving you a chance to add some liquid Force to your diet. Unfortunately, you’ll have to import the curious fluid all the way from Japan.
The aforementioned cola even comes with a Darth Vader-approved tagline. “Give yourself over to the Dark Side,” the can reads. For those who have dedicated their lives to the positive aspects of the Force, this could essentially be a deal breaker.
According to Geek Tyrant, there aren’t too many details about Pepsi’s Dark Vader Energy Cola floating around the web at the moment. Although Pepsi Energy Cola was unveiled over the summer, the Dark Vader version of the beverage only became available this fall.
Fortunately, Stateside energy drink and Star Wars fanatics don’t have to look too far to find a can of this curious drink. A handful of folks are currently selling the beverage on eBay for roughly $4.95 per can. This isn’t too far removed from the price of domestic energy drinks. However, the shipping cost will set you back a bit.
Of course, there are other avenues to explore if you’re looking to get your hands on all sorts of products from Japan. The folks at JBOX are also offering the Pepsi Darth Vader Energy Cola on their website for just $4.
