AT&T Tilt 2 Set For October 18th Release

AT&T wasn’t very helpful in their recent Tilt 2 press release, stating that the device would arriving in the “coming weeks” now an official Windows Mobile 6.5 PR blast is helping shed some light on the devices actual release date.

According to the Microsoft press release the Tilt 2 will officially launch on October 18th of this month. Which fits into that “coming weeks” statement.

No word yet on what the WinMo 6.5 device will cost, but given past pricing on HTC devices for AT&T I’m willing to bet the device will sell for well over the $199 starting price for base model iPhone 3Gs units.
