Discover Fan Loyalty: Which Celebrity Would You Want To Party With? [Infographic]

Since the start of the football season, the team at Discover Card have been examining America’s biggest sports fans. This past week the company examined the celebrity choices fans would make for singing the national anthem before the big game. The company also examined which celebrities fans would like to tailgate with before their college teams perform.

In terms of partying it up with a celebrity, 24 percent of fans chose the oft-shirtless Matthew McConaughey who tied with Will Ferrell with 24 percent of the overall vote.

The least likely person fans would party with? Lebron James raked in just 9 percent of the overall vote from loyal fans. Rounding out the top five were Beyonce with 13 percent of the vote and Ashton Kutcher with 12 percent support

When asked which late-night talk show host they would like to see sing the national anthem, Jay Leno pulled down 22 percent of the vote followed by Jimmy Fallon with 20 percent. This finding was a little surprising considering Jimmy Fallon has shown his ability to sing on various occasions. Falling far behind in the national anthem survey was Jimmy Kimmel with 12 percent, David Letterman with 10 percent, and finally Conan O’Brien with just 9 percent of the overall vote.

Conan is also a surprise last place finisher as his live music performances on his own shows have been electrifying, although they tend to fall more towards the very specific Bluegrass genre.
