Man Sneaks Into Grizzly Bear Exhibit At SF Zoo

San Francisco, CA (AHN) – Staffers at the San Francisco zoo rescued a 27-year-old man who snuck into the grizzly bear exhibit.

The unidentified man was not injured and was charged with misdemeanor trespassing and harassing an animal in captivity.

A visitor told zoo workers that the man was in the enclosure, according to a zoo spokeswoman.

Employees fired two warning shots to scare the bears away from the man and were able to secure the animals in their dens.I

It is not clear how the man got inside the exhibit which is surrounded by glass walls in certain areas and electric wire fencing in other parts.
