Camila Cabello Relaxing With Dad In Miami After Quitting Fifth Harmony

After her dramatic departure from Fifth Harmony, Camila Cabello looks to be enjoying her time off at home in Miami with her dad.

Camila Cabello decided to take things down a few notches after she unexpectedly quit Fifth Harmony over the weekend.

According to E! News, Camila Cabello was snapped in the streets of Miami with her dad wearing a multi-colored retro dress.

The 19-year-old songstress posted a video on Snapchat looking to be enjoying herself as she swam in a pool with a sheer mermaid tale and some very skimpy bottoms underneath.

The photos of Cabello out in Miami mark the first time she stepped out in public since she left the band.

According to a statement from Fifth Harmony, the remaining four members, Ally Brooke, Dinah Jane Hansen, Normani Kordei, and Lauren Jauregui found out about Camila Cabello’s departure via a letter from her representative.

Camila then called the accusations untrue and expressed feeling “shocked” about how the whole ordeal ended up, per E! News.

“I did not intend to end things with Fifth Harmony this way.”

Camila posted a lengthy Instagram post to address the issue.

“When I turned 15, I had the blessing of being put into a group with four very talented girls. We were five strangers that weren’t even aware of each other’s existence that were given a shot at one dream together,” the 19-year-old “Work From Home” singer told her 8 million followers. “It’s been almost five years and the most important chapter of my life this far. I am so proud of everything we’ve achieved together as a group and will always be proud of being a part of it.”

But, to Cabello’s surprise, things did not go as she had hoped.”I was shocked to read the statement the Fifth Harmony account posted without my knowing. The girls were aware of my feelings through the long, much-needed conversations about the future that we had during tour,” Cabello wrote. “Saying that they were just informed through my representatives that I was ‘leaving the group’ is simply not true. Just like the other girls said in their statement about their plans, I had also planned to continue with my own solo endeavors in the New Year, but I did not intend to end things with Fifth Harmony this way.”

The back and forth continued between Camila and the rest of Fifth Harmony, with the band setting everyone straight for one last time.

The four women confirmed that in mid-November, they were informed by Camila Cabello’s manager that she would be quitting Fifth Harmony.

At the exact same time, Fifth Harmony had just been informed that Sunday night’s iHeartRadio Jingle Ball performance would be their last as a fivesome.

In their final public statement, the four ladies said that they did try to get Camila to stay.

“So no, after months of rejection from her and her team, these supposed lengthy conversations in fact never happened, although we pleaded.

“We have tried with exhausted efforts and hearts to keep this group alive as the five of us, and we want it to be very clear that unfortunately those efforts were not mutual.”

Despite the four remaining members of Fifth Harmony confirming that they would continue their tour, fans are still concerned that something more is going on with the band behind closed doors.

Ally Brooke reportedly unfollowed Fifth Harmony on Instagram which could be an indication of something or it could have just been a total accident.
