Rob Kardashian, Blac Chyna Alleged Split All For Ratings?

Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna have reportedly called it quits. Nobody seems to be buying it, however.

USA Today noted the timing of the news about the breakup, considering that it surfaced just a day before the couple’s reality show, Rob & Chyna, is due to air on E! TV.

Kardashian insists that the breakup is real and that Chyna took their baby with her.

“Chyna took the baby, took the whole nursery,” he said. “I’m pretty upset and I’m pretty sad, because it’s about to be Christmas, and I wanna be with my baby.”

He also added that the breakup “isn’t for some ratings, this is my real life.”

Then again, Kardashian has been sharing memes about the breakup, which made people think that it was all a big joke.

The reality star was quick to defend his actions by saying that the jokes were his way of coping.

“This is all very real and serious to me and I’m trying to cheer myself up with these and they are making me laugh… So relax. This wasn’t fake…. Trust me.”

The couple got engaged in April this year.

Chyna previously posted on Instagram screenshots of what appeared to be text messages between her and her friends. One of the posts also seemed to confirm the breakup with Kardashian.

“I no longer am with Rob. I left him and took the baby and did not even let him know. Stay tuned for screen shots and messages. I am Sorry Rob.”

Some of the messages were quite incriminating since the whole thread suggested that the reality star is trying to piggyback on the Kardashian brand through her fiancé.

One of the messages read, “When I get married 7-17-17, I will just trademark it then… But f*** it… I’m not going to ask Kris… Is it easier when I’m married?”

Another series of messages had Chyna slamming her fiancé as being “insecure,” “lazy,” and “fat.”

“Imma give Rob 1 year to get it together. Or I’m gone,” the message read. “I don’t wanna treat him like Tyga but I will.”

This one has a grain of truth in it since Kardashian has been struggling with his weight. When the pair was first reported to be dating, Chyna was credited with helping her boyfriend drop some of those pounds. But recent photos showed that he had regained some of those excess pounds.

Chyna used to date California rapper Tyga, with which she had a son. The rapper is now dating Kylie Jenner, Kardashian’s half-sister.

On Saturday, Chyna claimed that her Instagram account was hacked.

“Hey, you guys, so my page was hacked, and I’m going to list my new IG page below, so make sure you guys follow me back!” she said, adding, “That’s not me posting.”

“Just to let y’all know, that’s not me on my IG page, that’s somebody that hacked me. And somebody’s really, really, really, really mad,” she said in a second video message.

The alleged hacked messages had no time stamp, so TMZ noted that it’s very difficult to ascertain whether the reality star was still with Kardashian when they were supposedly sent. There was, for instance, the exchange of a “flirty” message between Chyna and Young Thug.

Apparently, Kardashian read the alleged messages sent by Chyna to her best friend about giving him just one year to turn his life around. “She didn’t even make it to that. I am so broken. This is a woman I fought my entire family for. I was in love with this woman to the fullest and I was none of that to her,” the sock mogul wrote.
