Katie Holmes Celebrates Birthday With Suri After Flying To Cabo In Rumored Getaway With Jamie Foxx
Katie Holmes uploaded adorable photos of herself and daughter, Suri Cruise, amidst rumors that she and Jamie Foxx jetted off to Mexico this weekend. Katie’s selfies with Suri were entitled, “Birthday vibes” and were adorned with several heart-shaped emojis. In the photos, Katie rocked a pale colored fedora hat and clear-framed shades.
Holmes and Foxx have yet to confirm their alleged romance in an official manner. Rumors about the notorious low-key couple were fueled once again when Holmes and Foxx landed on the beautiful island of Cabo San Lucas for a romantic weekend getaway to celebrate Katie’s birthday, a source exclusively told Us Weekly.
“Katie and Jamie took a private jet to Cabo on Friday morning from Van Nuys Airport [in Los Angeles]… It was a quick trip in honor of Katie’s birthday. It was only them and two pilots on the plane.”
On Friday, December 16, the source claimed that the happy couple checked into the five-star Rosewood Resort Hotel, Las Ventanas al Paraiso. Foxx and Holmes stayed at the most secluded suites at the resort, which were separated from the other guests, according to Us Weekly.
“They stayed in one of the most private suites at the hotel, separate from other guests and entered by a small path… They wanted to be very discreet and had everything delivered to their room and taken care of by a personal butler.”

Holmes, 38, and Foxx, 49, left the beautiful island of Cabo on Saturday night and headed home to Los Angeles. The insider added that 10-year-old Suri Cruise was not with them. Back in California on Sunday, the 38-year-old commemorated her actual birthday with a few selfies featuring her daughter Suri.
Us Weekly broke the news of Foxx and Holmes beginning their alleged courtship in October of 2013. Outlets reported a secret romance between the famous duo following an exclusive photo published of them holding hands in March of 2015. Although it’s been reported that the All We Had actress and Foxx have been together for more than three years, the two remain quiet about their rumored romance.

Former Real Housewives of Atlanta star Claudia Jordan, who is friends with Foxx, confirmed during an interview on the podcast “Allegedly” that Jamie “… is very happy with her. I love that he seems very happy.” Claudia later retracted the statement and claimed she “misspoke.”
More recently, Holmes made her directorial debut starring as Rita, in the screen adaptation of All We Had, a novel written by Annie Weatherwax’s in 2014. Holmes portrayed a homeless woman living out of her car with her 15-year-old daughter, Annie (portrayed by Stefania Owen), in search of a promising life.
The former Dawson’s Creek star was previously married to Tom Cruise for the years 2006 to 2012. In October of 2004, Holmes told Seventeen magazine she used to dream of marrying Cruise. Holmes and Cruise were an item six months later, became engaged a couple of months later, according to Vogue. Foxx starred alongside Tom Cruise in the 2004 Collateral thriller.
Jamie Foxx has two daughters, Corinne, 22, and Annalise, 8, from previous relationships. Connie Kline, 47, the mother of Corinne, was photographed for the first time while running errands last month. Kline, who is a military veteran, was surprised with a house and Mercedes from Foxx, according to the Daily Mail.
