Miley Cyrus Urged To Quit ‘The Voice’ Amid Alleged Adam Levine Feud, May Be Heading To ‘The Voice Australia’ [Rumors]

Miley Cyrus has already been officially announced as a returning coach for Season 13 of The Voice, but it looks like a number of the star’s own fans actually aren’t too happy about her upcoming gig.

After it was revealed that all of Team Miley’s contestants had been eliminated from Season 11 of the NBC singing show last week, a slew of Cyrus’s fans flocked to social media to urge the singer and actress to quit the show entirely, despite rumors swirling that she could potentially be taking her The Voice gig down under in 2017.

Miley’s fans recently took to Twitter to urge Cyrus to quit Season 13 of the singing show, set to debut in Fall 2017, urging the star to “ditch” the NBC series all together amid allegations she’s caught in a feud with her co-stars.

“[Miley] just needs to ditch The Voice and not come back for season 13,” Cyrus fan @bbtalkmiley wrote on the 140-character site, while @Miamsus added to Miley, “Buy out of The Voice season 13 contract and go on tour instead.”

“I fully expect to see ‘Miley Cyrus backs out of Season 13 of The Voice‘ as a headline in a few weeks,” Cyrus fan @swaaymiley added on the social media site.

Miley’s fans urging her to quit The Voice after just one season come after months of allegations claiming that Cyrus has been locked in a nasty feud with her fellow coaches on the NBC series, namely veteran coach Adam Levine.

Radar Online alluded to the feud earlier this year, alleging that Levine and Cyrus have been “at each other’s throats this season” on the set and have been reportedly seriously butting heads ever since Miley joined the show for Season 11.

“Adam acts like he cannot stand her,” a The Voice insider alleged to the site of their supposed feud, claiming that Levine “does not talk to her when the cameras are not rolling, and seems like he really wants nothing to do with her.”

It was even reported that Levine and Cyrus’s supposed feud had turned so nasty that Adam was considering quitting the show after Season 12, potentially alongside Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani, to avoid sitting alongside Miley once again.

But as fans urge Miley to quit The Voice amid her alleged feud with Adam, rumors are swirling that Cyrus could potentially keep her gig on the show but on the other side of the world on the Australian version of The Voice.

According to a new report by News.com.au, Miley Cyrus’s name has been thrown into the mix as the potential fourth coach on the upcoming sixth season of the Australian version of the singing show where she could potentially sit alongside previously announced coaches Boy George, Seal and Delta Goodrem.

Miley has not yet commented on the rumors, though an insider revealed to the site that producers of The Voice Australia are looking to get a big name on the show and claimed that Miley is “top of the list” right now to join the panel.

“Insiders say they are seeking a big international name and Cyrus is top of the list,” the site revealed, noting that “industry chatter” has been pointing to the fact that Miley could be making her way to Australia in 2017 amid accusations of a feud with her The Voice co-coach Levine in the U.S.

Yahoo! Australia also speculated on the big The Voice Australia rumor, claiming that Miley has been considering the big move down under with boyfriend Liam Hemsworth, who hails from the country, for some time now before being urged to quit the show by her fans.

Citing an article from Australia’s Women’s Day magazine, despite Miley already agreeing to appear on Season 13 of The Voice U.S., a source revealed that “the timing couldn’t be more perfect for them” amid rumors Cyrus and Hemsworth could soon be moving down under and alleged that “[Miley thinks it’s] the perfect place to have kids and raise a family, out of the limelight and in paradise.”

While it’s not yet clear if Miley will be appearing on The Voice in both the U.S. and Australia, reports are suggesting that it may not be too difficult for Cyrus to get out of her contract with the U.S. version of the talent search should she decide to make a permanent move to the other side of the globe as rumors of a feud with Adam continue swirl.

Radar Online reported earlier this year that Cyrus was allegedly only offered the gig to return for Season 13 to “keep her happy” after it was revealed that Gwen Stefani would be returning in her place for Season 12.

“They offered Miley the gig for Season 13 because they know it would keep her happy,” a source alleged of Cyrus’s already announced return to The Voice U.S., claiming that producers felt that offering Cyrus the chance to come back in Fall 2017 “would not create any drama over being replaced by Gwen” as the Adam feud rumors hit the headlines.
