Kardashian War Rages On: Rob & Chyna Are Not Backing Down In ‘Kardashian’ Name Fight

Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna, aka Angela White, are not backing down in the fight over the Kardashian name. Kardashian sisters have filed paperwork to prevent Chyna from profiting off of the Kardashian name once she marries Rob, but the couple has geared up for a legal battle.

In the epic feud between the Kardashian sisters and their brother’s future wife, the latest news is that Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna are preparing to fight back and get the rights for her to profit off of the Kardashian name.

According to Radar Online, Blac Chyna is already insisting on being called Angela. Chyna’s real name is Angela Renee White. If and when she marries Robert Kardashian her name would legally become Angela Renee Kardashian.

Yesterday, Kim, Khloe, and Kourtney Kardashian filed an appeal with the United States Patent & Trademark Office to prevent Rob’s baby mama and wife-to-be from trademarking her married name, Angela Renee Kardashian.

Initially, sources said that Chyna was “scared” and “stunned” by Kim, Khloe, and Kourtney’s retaliation, but now she is fighting back after Rob pushed her to do so.

“Rob and Chyna got into a huge fight last night because she wanted to withdraw her request to patent and trademark the name ‘AngelaKardashian.’

She just does not want any drama with Rob’s sisters right now.”

The former stripper’s lawyers are pushing that her desire to trademark her married name is not poaching because it will legally be her name.

“It’s actually her name, it’s not a poaching.”

“Rob agrees with her lawyers and said she should be able to do whatever she wants with her name, because they are going to be married and she is going to be a Kardashian whether his sisters like it or not.”

Angela has yet to have a conversation with the Kardashian sisters about the name issue, but insiders claim that Rob wants to fight back and get his wife-to-be the trademark on her future Kardashian name.

Angela once had a close relationship with Kim, but now the former friends couldn’t be more at odds.

Rob has had a tumultuous relationship with his famous family for years now. Ever since his relationship with Blac began, he has actually gotten closer to the Kardashians. However, it looks like Rob is taking Angela’s side over his reality star family’s in this argument.

“Rob flipped out on his family after what they did and told them that they are being absolutely ridiculous right now.

“He just wants them to stop meddling in his life and to start worrying about their own lives.”

Rob Kardashian’s mother and manager Kris Jenner, 61, has not been named in the appeal against Angela White filed by Kim, Khloe, and Kourtney.

It is thought Jenner was trying to “distance” herself from the drama, according to insiders.

“Kris went over to their house yesterday to try and appease the situation. But it did not work.

“Rob went off on her too because he knows that she was the one responsible for this.

“Kris told Blac Chyna and Rob that it would be in their best interests for her to just do what Kim, Kourtney and Khloe requested and to nix the trademark and patent fight.”

It looks like this blended family may not be as united as they had probably hoped. At one point, Kim was actively working on mending the family relationships, and now she is all business to protect her name.

The once welcoming Kardashian sisters have drawn a line in the sand with their future sister-in-law. Kim, Khloe, and Kourtney might not end up being bridesmaids in the future Mrs. Kardashian’s wedding to their brother Rob.

If and when that wedding ever happens.
