Khloe Kardashian Hot Bodysuit & Boots ‘GQ’ Pics Stun: Her 40-Lb Weight Loss Diet & Workout


Khloe Kardashian is earning wows with her 40-pound weight loss, and the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star just hit a home run with her hot body by posing for GQ Germany. Wearing a variety of racy styles, including kinky boots and a sexy, slinky bodysuit, Khloe showed she knows how to strike a pose that makes the most of her celebrity weight loss win.

Kardashian has credited her slim-down success to diet dedication and diligent workouts, and as the photos show, she both shaped her hourglass figure and refined her curves with her weight loss diet and fitness regime.

But in sharing the photos from the shoot on Instagram, Khloe shared more than her hot body. She also revealed her modesty, thanking those who contributed to the racy images graciously.

Khloe, 32, looked luscious in a lace-up PVC bodysuit and kinky boots, noted the Mirror. Turning to Instagram, she gushed her appreciation in sharing the sultry images from her GQ Germany photo shoot.

“I really don’t know what I did in my life to constantly be surrounded by such beautiful and talented people every single day!” wrote Khloe. “I’m blessed to call you all my friends!! @mrmikerosenthal your talent and vision always amazes me!! How can someone be so kind, considerate, patient, creative and still have talent seeping out of his pores!”

The reality TV star was modest in another caption, thanking those who helped her look her best.

“It takes a village guys! I am forever thankful to my beauty village!!”

In addition to getting kudos for her hot body, Kardashian slayed with her long, curly locks.

Hollywood Life pointed out that Kardashian stunned in a variety of poses and sexy styles.

From posing on a car to wearing a perky pink jacket, Khloe made it clear that she’s achieved her weight loss and body goals.

As for Kardashian’s secrets to her dramatic weight loss success, Hollywood Life told readers that the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star combined a clean eating diet with workouts guided by her personal trainer.

The 32-year-old turned to trainer Don Brooks for her fitness plan, but it was her sister Kourtney Kardashian who gets credit for giving her the scoop on choosing her produce from local farmers markets. Khloe also began cooking more for herself.

When it comes to her daily diet and schedule, Kardashian kickstarts her day at 5 a.m. She sips black coffee and water, then heads off to the gym. After her workout, Khloe goes for more water and fuels up with a protein shake and oatmeal.

An apple with peanut butter or a different fruit with nuts serve as her mid-morning snack. At 1 p.m., Kardashian lunches, typically opting for a salad completed with protein such as chicken. She eats a mid-afternoon snack of homemade hummus with chopped vegetables.

For dinner, Khloe revealed her favorite: steamed vegetables with fish. And for a sweet end to her day, the reality TV star reaches for a choice such as fresh fruit and protein-rich plain Greek yogurt.

As for how she achieves that bountiful booty, Kardashian recently shared her favorite moves to sculpt her rear, reported People.

Warning: Squats ahead! In her vintage-style fitness video that Khloe crafted for Vogue, she took viewers through her moves, from a warm-up to multiple varieties of squats. And for those who feel weary just reading the descriptions of Kardashian’s fitness routine, she offered some motivation.

“These are my sculpting moves to look fabulous in your denim…You never regret doing your workout — you only regret not doing your workout.”

The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star began with a “general warm up where we are going to want the blood to circulate.” Kardashian performed a jump squat, involving hopping in and out of a doubled-up rope, moving her legs together and apart and shifting to a squat.

She also shared her squat lateral raises, along with how to make a back lunge into a side squat move even harder by placing the stationary leg on a Bosu ball. In addition, Khloe revealed how to do a one leg deadlift with a kettle bell, bending over and thrusting forward as she holds a kettle bell. She also performed a squat with a sandbag for a weight.
