WWE News: WWE Officials Are Very Worried About Ric Flair’s Health Amid WWE Return

Ric Flair’s entire wrestling career has been built by “stylin’ and profilin’, ” but not even The Nature Boy can beat father time’s clock. Despite his age and lifestyle, there is a reason why Flair’s career has spanned over fifty years and why WWE continues to find him to be useful on WWE television. Last week, Flair made his return to WWE only moments after Sasha Banks defeated Charlotte for the WWE Women’s Championship.

It was a cool moment for Flair to return on Raw in Charlotte, especially after he was exiled by his daughter earlier this year live on WWE television. The news broke shortly after that Flair was still signed to a WWE contract, and the plan was for WWE creative to keep him off WWE television and then he’d return to back another wrestler against Charlotte when the time was right, which is what appears to be happening now.

The Nature Boy still brings a lot to the WWE product, especially when it’s his daughter he’s involved with on television. He brings a lot of depth even as a manager at ringside, but there can be a lot of drama outside the ring with Flair. Sometimes, it can spill onto WWE television as well, so his current WWE return has some WWE officials concerned for him. Apparently, Triple H is one of the people who is very worried about Flair.

According to a recent report, The Game is said to be worried about Ric Flair’s health as he continues to party far too much. Along with the issues that come with aging and wrestling for over forty years, Ric’s lifestyle is something that a lot of WWE officials aren’t too happy about now that he’s back on WWE TV. Apparently, HHH requested Flair’s return to WWE to speak to him about getting some help or even treatment.

The relationship between Triple H and Ric Flair over the past decade is well known by the WWE Universe, but it’s being said that Vince McMahon and other WWE officials are tired of Ric’s drama coming out on and off WWE television, but HHH has continuously gone to bat for him. Thus far, it’s kept Flair involved with the company despite some backstage heat being on him behind the scenes in WWE.

The Nature Boy gave Sasha Banks the stamp of approval last week on Raw, and he participated in another segment with Charlotte during this week’s episode. It’s being said that Ric has been on his best behavior over the past two weeks backstage. However, the thin ice that Flair is on is over some deep water right now.

It’s been reported over the past week that Ric Flair has also signed a new deal with WWE. There are some conflicting reports, but the word is that he is signed with the company through 2018. The expectation is that Flair will be involved in the feud with Charlotte and Sasha Banks heading into WWE Roadblock. After that, he’ll most likely continue being featured alongside Charlotte one way or another on WWE television.

There is the potential for Ric Flair to turn heel and realign with his daughter at WWE Roadblock. He could also serve as a guest referee for the Ironman match Banks and Charlotte will have at the PPV. Flair gives the powers that be a lot of potential ideas, but the question is if they trust him to carry such an important role.

Over the past few years, the WWE fans have seen Ric Flair struggle from time to time on television to pull off some angles. The microphone can get away from him, or he’ll have a slip of the tongue. Ultimately, WWE wouldn’t have brought Flair back if there wasn’t enough trust in him to be a part of the product. Now that he’s back on television, the WWE fans are going to have to wait and see what is next for The Nature Boy.
