Hailey Baldwin Disses Taylor Swift’s Girl Squad As Rumors Claim She’s Back Together With Justin Bieber

Hailey Baldwin isn’t a fan of Taylor Swift’s girl squad despite many of her own friends being included in the famed group.

During a new interview, the 20-year-old model spoke out against Swift, claiming she’s unsure of what her squad is or if the idea is necessary.

“I don’t understand the Taylor Swift squad at all. I don’t know what having a squad means. I just have my friends and that’s it. I don’t think that you need to create a public squad. I don’t know what that proves. So I don’t really understand the Taylor Swift squad at all,” Hailey Baldwin explained to Yahoo7Be.

Included in Taylor Swift’s girl squad are two of Hailey Baldwin’s closest friends, Gigi Hadid and Kendall Jenner, who were recently featured in the 2016 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show. However, that didn’t stop Baldwin from dissing the squad, which also includes Selena Gomez, Karlie Kloss, Lorde, Lily Aldridge, Lena Dunham, Cara Delevingne, Hailee Steinfeld, Ruby Rose, Dakota Johnson, Zoe Kravitz, Serena Williams and Martha Hunt.

While Swift and her squad have remained silent in regard to Hailey Baldwin’s alleged diss, a source claimed Gigi Hadid wasn’t happy about being caught in the midst of the drama.

“Gigi loves Taylor and considers her a true friend but she’s also super close to [Hailey Baldwin] so this is awkward for her,” a source close to the situation told Hollywood Life. “Usually she totally avoids taking sides, she just hates getting involved in drama, but if it comes down to it — she’ll be on team Taylor.”

Although Hailey Baldwin was not included in the 2016 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, which was filmed in Paris, France last week, she has been busy with her own career and recently traveled to Australia to promote her limited-edition Hailey Baldwin ModelCo collection.

After being spotted on numerous occasions throughout the country, Hailey Baldwin arrived at the Sydney airport to return home to the United States. In photos posted by the model and shared by the Daily Mail on December 6, Hailey Baldwin was seen chowing down on McDonald’s before her departure.

In other Hailey Baldwin news, the model was recently said to have reunited with her former flame, Justin Bieber.

“Late last night Justin and [Hailey Baldwin] ran through the lobby of the Montage and into an elevator together,” an eyewitness told Hollywood Life on December 1. “They looked happy, giggly and were holding hands.”

Bieber has been known to visit the Montage Beverly Hills frequently, and last year, he was seen singing “My Girl” to his ex-girlfriend, Selena Gomez, at the hotel.

According to the report, a photo of Justin Bieber and a blonde woman surfaced on Instagram and right away, fans began to speculate whether the woman in the photo was Hailey Baldwin. As the outlet explained, the woman was wearing a tight black dress and boots, which seemed to imitate the look seen on Bieber’s mystery woman.

Hailey Baldwin and Justin Bieber began spending time with one another around this time last year and over the holidays, they were seen enjoying time together with Bieber’s family in Anguilla. While the pair appeared to enjoy several weeks of dating, Bieber later confirmed that he did not want to commit to any one woman ahead of his Purpose World Tour.

“I don’t want to put anyone in a position where they feel like I’m only theirs, only to be hurt in the end. Right now in my life, I don’t want to be held down by anything. I already have a lot that I have to commit to. A lot of responsibilities. I don’t want to feel like the girl I love is an added responsibility,” he explained to GQ magazine in February.
