The series that has taken over the world is about to have its first-ever fall finale, and the Christmas episode of This Is Us is bound to have you in absolute tears. Tonight’s show will be the final one until NBC brings the series back on Jan. 10, 2017, but it is one that you simply must not miss. It is going to be emotional, moving, and there has already been the warning that you’re going to need some tissues because there will be a lot of crying.

For those wanting to watch tonight, please remember that This Is Us will be on at 9 p.m. ET on NBC, and again, bring the ponchos for the emotional waterworks.

The fall finale of This Is Us is one of the shows that TV Line is highly recommending for must-watch TV tonight, and it won’t be short of the drama. Christmas is going to bring about a lot more emotions and feelings and situations where help is needed.

At the present time, Kevin heads out to a Hanukkah celebration, and someone from William’s past comes back into the picture. Meanwhile, Kate is still struggling with tough life decisions, and she is contemplating getting gastric bypass surgery.

One of the more interesting things to watch for on tonight’s airing of This Is Us is the addition of Jimmi Simpson. The Westworld star will appear as a Wall Street trader, and TV Line reports that his character won’t be on for long, but he knew it was one opportunity that he couldn’t pass up.

Knowing that he would get the chance to work This Is Us star Sterling K. Brown, and Simpson has a short and powerful exchange with Brown’s character of Randall.

“I said, ‘I’m in.’ I have wanted to work with my friend, Sterling, for the last 18 years,” he said. “It was such a joyful day.”

The final preview for the fall finale of This Is Us shows a number of moments that will bring about the tears, and after watching it on the official Facebook page, you’ll know why the tissues are needed.
