Alaina Danielle Ferguson Pictures: Texas Teacher Accused Of Sending Nude Photos, Having Sex With 16-Year-Old Student

Alaina Danielle Ferguson is facing sexual assault charges after the Texas teacher allegedly sent naked pictures to a 16-year-old student and later had sex with the boy on a park bench.

The Plano teacher was arrested and charged with carrying on a relationship with the unnamed student that police said included meetings for sex in a park, the boy’s pickup truck, and the 23-year-old teacher’s apartment. Police said the relationship started when the boy left his Snapchat username on an algebra test, the Star-Telegram reported. Alaina Ferguson then allegedly contacted the student through the social media app and started a relationship.

Reports indicated that Alaina Danielle Ferguson was living with her fiance while she was carrying on the relationship with the student, but the two later called off the wedding. Police said Ferguson told the boy she planned to break off the relationship because she “didn’t feel anything” with her fiance, the New York Post reported.

After connecting through social media, police said the student and Alaina Ferguson started a relationship and met in a park for sex. Within one to two weeks after the relationship started, the boy and a friend allegedly met Ferguson at her apartment while the teacher’s fiance was away for the weekend, CBS News reported. Police said the teens ate pizza and played beer pong with Ferguson, and the teacher had sex with the student when his friend left to take a dog for a walk.

Alaina Ferguson allegedly had sex with the student on a number of other occasions, including in the back of his pickup truck after a football game on November 4.

Students at the school said the relationship between Ferguson and the boy was soon discovered.

“I heard the kid was just talking about it to his friends and I guess a teacher or a student overheard it,” senior Andy Flores told CBS News (via the New York Post).

“She’s kind of good-looking… so she’s attractive,” Flores added.

Court documents showed that Alaina Danielle Ferguson admitted to sending naked pictures and having sex with the student, even saying she knew the relationship was a bad idea.

“Ms. Ferguson told [the student] that she knew it was not the right thing to do, but it felt right at the time, and that she was going to break it off with her fiancé because she didn’t feel anything with him,” an investigator wrote in the court documents.

While the sexually explicit photos of Alaina Ferguson remain under police control, the stone-faced mugshot of the Texas teacher went viral this week as news of her alleged affair with the 16-year-old student was picked up by national news outlets. There were few other pictures of teacher Alaina Ferguson online, as her social media presence was not public.

Alaina Ferguson is the second Texas teacher arrested on charges of having sex with a student in just the last few weeks. In late November, 25-year-old Kelsey Leigh Gutierrez was charged for allegedly seducing two students and even rating their sexual performance, the Sun reported.

Court documents alleged that Gutierrez met with an 18-year-old on November 12 for sex. Four days later, the two had sex again. Investigators said they found evidence on the teacher’s cell phone about meeting times and even comments on the student’s sexual performance. The court documents also mentioned a 2015 sexual relationship with another teenager, the Sun reported.

Alaina Danielle Ferguson faces a charge of sexual assault for her alleged relationship with the 16-year-old student. The 23-year-old teacher was booked and then released from jail after posting $100,000 bond. She had resigned from her teaching position at the Plano Independent School District in October, officials told CBS News.
