Brad Pitt And Angelina Jolie Agree To Temporary Custody Agreement After She Reportedly Keeps Him From Kids On Thanksgiving?

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have reportedly agreed to yet another temporary custody plan for their six kids.

According to a new report, Brad Pitt and his estranged wife, who filed for divorce over two months ago, recently agreed to a new plan which grants the 41-year-old actress physical custody of the children, including Maddox, 15, Pax, 12, Zahara, 11, Shiloh, 10, and twins Vivienne and Knox, 8.

On December 5, Entertainment Tonight shared a report claiming Brad Pitt’s new agreement with his estranged wife had reportedly been approved by a judge on December 2 and would allegedly require the 52-year-old actor to continue “therapeutic visitation” with their kids — and submit to random drug and alcohol testing.

“Originally, [Brad Pitt] had volunteered to do the drug and alcohol testing himself, but now that a judge has signed off on these docs, it has become mandatory and cannot be reversed without another court filing,” a source explained.

According to Entertainment Tonight, a team of five mental health professionals is helping Brad Pitt and his family with “safe harbor therapy” and the actor is expected to attend weekly individual therapy and group therapy as his kids continue to participate in individual therapy.

“[Brad Pitt] has not seen his children alone without a monitored therapist since the plane incident [and] Angelina has not left the children’s side since the plane incident. She still has not completed her film [First They Killed My Father]. She has been with them the whole time trying to make sure they heal.”

While there is a possibility that Brad Pitt will see his children on Christmas, the insider revealed that the children can put a stop to any such situation if they chose to. As the source explained, if one of the kids says that they do not want to see their father, Brad Pitt, on Christmas, the psychiatrist on their case is not going to force them.

Brad Pitt’s estranged wife filed for divorce on September 19 and requested full physical custody of their kids. Days later, it was alleged that Brad Pitt had reportedly gotten physical with his oldest adopted son, Maddox, during a plane ride from France to Los Angeles.

A second source revealed to Entertainment Tonight that Brad Pitt’s latest agreement is “voluntary and only temporary.”

“It was agreed upon several months ago,” the source said, adding that if Brad Pitt petitions the court, an amendment could be made.

While Brad Pitt was under investigation for several weeks in regard to his alleged altercation with Maddox on a plane, both the Los Angeles County Department of Child and Family Services and the FBI have since closed their cases against the actor and cleared him of all charges.

“In response to allegations made following a flight within the special aircraft jurisdiction of the United States which landed in Los Angeles carrying Mr. Brad Pitt and his children, the FBI has conducted a review of the circumstances and will not pursue further investigation,” the FBI said in a statement to Entertainment Tonight last month. “No charges have been filed in this matter.”

At the end of last month, after Brad Pitt was reportedly kept away from his children on Thanksgiving, a source spoke to People Magazine and confirmed that the actor had celebrated the holiday in Turks and Caicos with a friend.

“[Brad Pitt] had a very restful and relaxing stay in the company of an old friend,” an insider told the magazine.

Around the time of the report, a source told In Touch Weekly, via Hollywood Life, that Jolie had kept her kids from Brad Pitt in an effort to punish the actor after previously hinting that she was open to a Thanksgiving day reunion with the family.
