Rap star Lil Wayne is resting comfortable at home after suffering from a seizure. The incident occurred during a recent flight and led to an emergency landing being performed by the flights pilot.

The pilot’s report did not list dehydration as the reason for the emergency landing. However, Lil Wayne’s reps say he was suffering from a migraine and dehydration.

Upon arriving at the emergency location Lil Wayne was met by fire trucks and paramedics.

The rapper was swept off to a nearby medical facility where he was observed and then released.

According to Wayne’s rep:

“He is at home on doctor mandated rest and will return to work soon. He appreciates all of his fans for their support and love.”

Lil Wayne was aboard his private jet at the time of the incident. The emergency landing took place over Texas.

The rapper may have been suffering from a simple bout of exhaustion. Since releasing his album I Am Not A Human Being II in December, Lil Wayne has been constantly traveling and performing in order to promote the album.

Lil Wayne was released after only a few ours at the hospital and his reps proclaimed at the time that he was “doing better.”
