50 Cent Claims That He Saw Kanye West Breakdown Coming On ‘Watch What Happens Live’

In the midst of Kanye West’s recent hospitalization, rapper 50 Cent has come forward and he claims that he saw Kanye’s breakdown coming. During a recent appearance on Watch What Happens Live, 50 Cent told Andy Cohen that he “saw that coming.” However, hindsight is 20/20 and looking back with what we know now, many people probably could have predicted that Kanye was about to unfold. Did the “In Da Club” rapper really have a heads up on Yeezy’s breakdown?

Kanye West’s mental breakdown was shocking to fans, especially those at the Sacramento concert where Ye performed two songs before launching into a lengthy tirade where he continued to argue in favor of his Trump non-vote and rant about former friends Jay-Z and Beyonce.

Fans were furious that the Sacramento concert was over after just two songs, with many vowing never to listen to Kanye again. The Inquisitr previously reported that even a popular Sacramento hip hop station blasted him on-air in the days following and told listeners that Kanye West wouldn’t be played on the air again. That was all before the public found out that Kanye had been hospitalized and what was going on with him might be more serious than anyone could have imagined.

50 Cent recently claimed that Kanye’s breakdown wasn’t a shocker at all. While appearing as a guest on Bravo’s Watch What Happens Live, 50 told host Andy Cohen what he thought about Kanye’s hospitalization.

“That was interesting because I kind of felt like you could see that coming,” 50 Cent said, “It was like little outbursts.”

With a little prompting from Andy, 50 Cent went on to say that he felt like the Kim Kardashian Paris robbery played into Kanye’s meltdown. 50 also made it clear that he doesn’t think Kanye West was faking anything and his current medical situation is completely legitimate.

50 Cent, along with Andy Cohen and his other guest, Leah Remini, continued to discuss Kanye West’s hospitalization and what led up to it. The odd group went on to talk about all of the theories and rumors floating around about what may have caused Kanye to come unhinged the way that he did.

While 50 Cent may not have taken shots at Kanye West on Watch What Happens Live, the rapper has defintiely taken his fair share of shots, even during Kanye’s hospitalization. When the initial hospitalization reports came out, Uproxx reports that 50 Cent was quick to blast the rapper on social media. He even tried to blame Kanye’s current state on his own brand, Effen vodka.

The official report is that Kanye West was suffering from sleep deprivation and dehydration after weeks of overworking himself. Wearing himself down coupled with Kim Kardashian’s Paris robbery and the anniversary of the death of his mother, Donda West, were said to have played a part in his need for medical attention.

While 50 Cent is quick to discuss Kanye West’s current state, Vibe was quick to point out that the rappers used to be adversaries. Back when 50 and Kanye were getting ready to drop their third albums, the two rappers got into a bit of a feud. Both men thought they could sell more records than the other and some may recall that 50 Cent said if Kanye West could beat him in record sales, that he would quit rap.

Well, Kanye’s Graduation easily beat 50 Cent’s Curtis when it sold 957,000 units compared to 50’s 691,000 units and we all know that 50 Cent is still rapping. The competition did bring some of the competitive nature back to hip hop and it’s pretty safe to say that their “beef” helped sell a lot more albums. Over the years, Kanye and 50 Cent seemed to get over each other, though. 50 Cent moved on to beef with other rappers after he and Kanye reportedly made amends and moved on.
