Amber Heard And Johnny Depp Turn To Former Flames Amid Final Stages Of Divorce

It seems that both Amber Heard and Johnny Depp have found comfort in their past significant others. Following the terms of their divorce being made, both Johnny and Amber remained low profile and did not make many public appearances. A month following, Heard was spotted out with male friends, some of which were rumored to be new flames, yet those claims were stamped out as false.

Johnny Depp was spotted out in Los Angeles with his former longtime partner Vanessa Paradis, which caused speculation that the two were rekindling a romance. The Inquisitr reported the sightings of the two and the possibility of a rekindled relationship.

“‘They were flirting with each other in a quiet corner at the end of the bar and didn’t seem to care who was looking,’ The source added that Johnny was so besotted by his former flame that ‘he didn’t want to leave her side’ and apparently even followed Vanessa to the bathroom!”

Since the sightings of Depp and Paradis, Amber Heard has been spotted out with her former beau, Mark Wystrach, a country singer who the beauty dated for a year back in 2007. People noted the details about the date night between the two.

“The actress was all smiles as she chatted with Wystrach outside the restaurant before giving him a hug as she got into her car to leave. Heard kept her look simple for the night out, wearing a pair of black jeans paired with a white T-shirt and matching jacket. Wystrach also looked casual in a pair of blue jeans with a yellow shirt and brown leather jacket.”

As the publication noted, Wystrach is the lead singer of the country band Midland, who were just named the top 10 country artists to watch by Rolling Stone.

Johnny Depp and Amber Heard finalized their divorce just recently after a dramatic few months that involved allegations of abuse on the part of Depp and a restraining order brought against the star by Heard. Amber filed for divorce in May, and the agreement was made by August after there was a joint statement released by the former couple who were married for a little more than a year. The statement was earlier noted by the Inquisitr.

“Our relationship was intensely passionate and at times volatile, but always bound by love. Neither party has made false accusations for financial gain. There was never any intent of physical or emotional harm. Amber wishes the best for Johnny in the future. Amber will be donating financial proceeds from the divorce to a charity.”

Although the agreement was reached in August, the former couple remain in the final stages of the divorce. Three months ago, as E! stated, Depp was ordered to pay Heard $7 million, after which, Heard announced she would donate the entire amount equally to the ACLU and Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles, which is an unusual result for a divorce settlement.

A source relays that the settlement is “very close” to being finalized and then Johnny Depp will pay Heard the remaining $6.8 million over the next 15 months. Fans may also remember that Depp has donated to ACLU in his former wife’s name which makes up the remaining $200,000 of the amount he owes. Heard’s lawyers have stated that once she receives the remaining amount she will donate the full amount “very quickly.”

Heard shares as to why she has chosen to donate the amount to the specific charity.

“Over the years, I have seen firsthand how more funding for staffing, better equipment and better medication can make the difference between life or death for a child. I know these organizations will put the funds to good use and look forward to continuing to support them in the future. Hopefully, this experience results in a positive change in the lives of people who need it the most.”
