Kanye West Gets Hospital Release Date, Says Source: Will He Make It Home For The Holidays?
Kanye West finally gets his hospital release date following his reported mental breakdown over a week ago. However, sources claim that treatment is just the beginning for the troubled rapper. Will he make it home for the holidays?
After suffering a psychotic meltdown and spending more than a week in the hospital, Kanye West will soon be free to return home to his wife, Kim Kardashian, and their two children, North and Saint. Radar Online reported that the troubled rapper will be let out of the hospital within the next few days.
“Kanye was told by doctors that he will be released from the hospital by the end of this week.”
Kanye’s wife and reality star Kim Kardashian will not allow the troubled rapper to return to business as usual.
“He is only leaving under the condition he will be strictly monitored by a team of nurses.”
Kanye did not have a quiet stay at the hospital, as it was reported that he created chaos by arguing with staff and disobeying doctor’s orders.
Kim Kardashian apparently did everything she could to break down her bad boy husband’s disobedient ways. The reality star has been by her husband’s side ever since he was hospitalized last week.
“Kim is forcing Kanye to comply with whatever the doctors say because she cannot stand being at the hospital with him anymore. She wants him home and she has been asking what she can do to help facilitate the process.”
It was only less than two months ago that Kardashian suffered her own breakdown following her Paris robbery on October 3. The famous family has suffered more than their fair share of hardships, especially this year.

Kim Kardashian has remained off the radar every since the traumatizing incident in Paris, where she was held at gunpoint and robbed of over $10 million worth of jewelry, including her enormous multi-million-dollar engagement ring.
“Kanye’s doctors told Kim that the only way that he would get out of there is if he stopped start obeying their orders. All they want is for him to follow his treatment plan and start taking his medications, as well as to stop fighting the process.”
According to Billboard, Kim is “very concerned” about her husband’s mental condition.
“She says that Kanye is on many different medications and that his doctors are figuring proper doses. Kim says that not much has changed since he was admitted and that his doctors seem concerned.”
Dr. Jody M. Rawles, a psychiatrist and the vice chair of Clinical Affairs in the psychiatry department at the University of California-Irvine, told reporters that when his team admits someone under similar circumstances, they will keep them in the hospital as long as necessary, but not a day longer because remaining in the hospital can be detrimental to the patient’s health.
“If someone remains in the hospital [after an event like this] it may just mean that they need to be in the hospital that long to get well.”
Dr. Rawles has had no first-hand experience with West himself.
“Physical exhaustion and sleep deprivation can lead to erratic, psychotic and paranoid thinking and many performers and other professionals — and our society in general — don’t get enough sleep.”
“Certainly someone who has a lot of pressure to perform, present [their art], do interviews and be seen can feel a lot of pressure. If the alleged reason for admission is dehydration and exhaustion, part of keeping someone hospitalized for a longer period is to figure out if that is all that’s going on.”
It looks like Kanye West will be able to make it home for the holidays. Let’s just hope that he doesn’t do anything to wind up back in the UCLA Medical Center before then.
