Selena Gomez Instagram Post Gets Celebrity Support — And A Like From An Ex-Boyfriend Not Named Justin Bieber?

Selena Gomez shared an emotional post with her fans on Instagram at the end of last week and in the days that followed, she received tons of support from other celebrities, including several models.

Following a post-rehab appearance earlier this month at the 2016 American Music Awards, Selena Gomez returned to Instagram for the first time in months and posted a message to her fans and followers on Thanksgiving Day.

“I have a lot to be thankful for this year,” Selena Gomez wrote in her post. “My year has been the hardest yet most rewarding one yet. I’ve finally fought the fight of not ‘being enough’. I have only wanted to reflect the love you guys have given me for years and show how important it is to take care of YOU. By grace through faith. Kindness always wins. I love you guys. God bless.”

Selena Gomez’s appearance at the awards show marked her first post-rehab event and during the show, she spoke of her decision to take some time off from her busy career schedule.

“I had to stop because I had everything, and I was absolutely broken,” Selena Gomez said, as revealed by The Huffington Post. “I kept it all together enough so I would never let you down, but I kept it too much together to where I let myself down.”

Days after the event, Selena Gomez posted her Instagram message and, as Teen Vogue revealed on November 28, she received tons of support from celebrities after doing so. As the outlet revealed, Bella Hadid, Katherine Langford, Adrianna Lima, and Josephine Skriver liked the photo, as did Selena Gomez’s rumored ex-boyfriend, DJ Zedd.

One Instagram account, titled Jelena’s Energy, revealed that even Hailey Baldwin, a recent ex-flame of Justin Bieber, had reportedly liked, but then unliked the post.

In addition to liking Selena Gomez’s post, model Adrianna Lima also shared a message with the singer, which read, “I see you[r] light, I see your pure heart. I will always send positive energy. You deserve the best. You got my support.”

Selena Gomez has gotten support from celebrities online and during Sunday’s event, she was seen getting a hug from Niall Horan after making her emotional speech and also an air kiss from Ariana Grande.

Selena Gomez and DJ Zedd were rumored to be dating last year and during an interview, Gomez admitted that they had “a thing.” However, months later, they had gone their separate ways but seemed to remain friends as they prepared for a duet at a Jingle Ball event in late 2015.

“[Selena Gomez] and Zedd have talked about their duet for a while,” the insider told Hollywood Life in December of last year. “They have been at a few Jingle Balls together and they talk and hang out. There is no awkwardness whatsoever.”

According to the report, Selena Gomez was allegedly getting over her ex-boyfriend, Justin Bieber, at the time of their romance and reportedly heading towards a new relationship with Niall Horan.

“He has told [Selena Gomez] that he is there for her no matter what because he knows she needs a friend more than anything right now as she transitions through moving on from Justin [Bieber] and seeing if she should continue with Niall [Horan],” the source continued. “Selena is at a crossroads right now that she has to figure out, and it is hard to do all of it while in the spotlight.”

Around the time of the report, Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber were spotted together in Beverly Hills, where Bieber was seen serenading Gomez with a song, but ultimately, they failed to rekindle their romance and Bieber moved on with Hailey Baldwin.
