Cynthia Bailey Daughter: Why ‘RHOA’ Star Hired Her Own Daughter For Her Business

Cynthia Bailey has worked on her own business in Atlanta over the past couple of years, as shown on The Real Housewives of Atlanta. Bailey uses her location in Atlanta to find new models and train them for the runway. But she’s also using her time to create an empire of products, including sunglasses and now travel bags. On Sunday’s episode of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, Cynthia revealed that she would use her daughter, Noelle, as the face of her new business venture, CARGO, as she is a younger and fresher face. So, what made Cynthia choose her own daughter?

According to a new Bravo report, Cynthia Bailey is now revealing that she wanted to focus on her daughter because she feels that she has all of the characteristics of the company, including being “beautiful, smart, and well rounded.” While some people may frown at the fact that Cynthia chose her own daughter to work for her, it sounds like Noelle has been looking for this kind of opportunity.

“I decided to make my daughter Noelle the face of CARGO because she is a beautiful, smart, and well rounded young lady. She is a younger version of me, and appeals to a more youthful demographic. Noelle is the perfect choice to represent the Cynthia Bailey brand,” Cynthia Bailey reveals in her blog for The Real Housewives of Atlanta, according to Bravo.

When Bailey told her daughter about the opportunity to be the face of CARGO, she did seem surprised and shocked. But Cynthia Bailey reveals that her daughter has been looking for an opportunity to get into modeling, and it sounds like she wants to follow in her mother’s footsteps. But Noelle also expressed a desire to go to school in Los Angeles, which is where her father Leon is currently spending lots of time.

“Noelle and I moved from New York City to Atlanta almost 10 years ago. Although Atlanta is home, Noelle spends a lot of time in LA and New York with her dad, who is bicoastal. I always hoped that Noelle would move back to New York to go to college, because it is our home away from home, and only a two hour flight from Atlanta. On the other hand, I also love LA, and I spend quite a bit of time there for business. I am excited for Noelle to go to college in LA, if that ends up being where she decides to go. I always assumed it would be one or the other, so I wasn’t really that surprised. I just want her to be successful and happy,” Cynthia Bailey reveals in her blog for The Real Housewives of Atlanta, according to Bravo.

This probably won’t ruin her plans to still be the face of CARGO, as Noelle has a great relationship with her father. And Cynthia Bailey can come visit anytime, as the two have really become great friends. As fans saw on Sunday’s episode of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, Cynthia could open up about her feelings about her divorce from Peter Thomas and Leon was there for her. She had hoped that she and Peter could be exactly like she and Leon, but it sounds like she’s questioning Peter’s ability to be friends with her after the divorce is finalized, which is heartbreaking for her.
