Beyonce and Jay Z not happy with Kanye West

Kanye West’s Paranoia: Jay-Z, Beyonce’s Husband Has A ‘Scary’ Past That May Be Contributing To It [Opinion]

Kanye West, Jay-Z, and Beyonce have of late been on opposing sides, especially when it comes to politics. Starting with their different political choices, Jay-Z and Beyonce backed Hillary Clinton in the just-concluded US presidential elections, while Kanye was a Donald Trump supporter. Just about a week ago, the latter went on a political rant that touched on Hillary Clinton, Beyonce, and Donald Trump during one of his concerts. The following were some of his statements during the event in California.

“It’s a new world, Hillary Clinton, it’s a new world. Feelings matter. Because guess what? Everybody in Middle America felt a way and they showed you how they felt … A lot of people here tonight felt like they lost. You know why? Because y’all been lied to. Google lied to you. Facebook lied to you. Radio lied to you.”

This is as reported by the NY Times. He also pointed at politics as one of those factors that led to some artists including himself not being nominated for music awards and such. To highlight this, Kanye also issued a statement against Beyonce saying he heard that she said she wouldn’t perform unless she were given the Video of the Year award over him and Drake’s “Hotline Bling,” citing it as a shame. The following was his exact statement about this.

“Beyoncé, I was hurt because I heard that you said you wouldn’t perform unless you won Video of the Year over me and over ‘Hotline Bling.’

“Sometimes we be playing the politics too much and forget who we are just to win. I’ve been sitting here to give y’all my truth even at the risk of my own life — even at the risk of my own success, my own career.”

He also put out a request to Jay-Z to call him so they can talk things out like men, begging him not to send killers. The following was the shocking rant which led many to wonder if Jay-Z had indeed sent hitmen.

“I’ve been sent here to give y’all the truth. Jay Z, call me, bruh! You still ain’t call me! Jay Z, call me! I know you got killers. Please don’t send them at my head! Just call me! Talk to me like a man!”

This may be just another Kanye rant with no solid basis, since he was hospitalized soon after, with the initial causes being reported to be dehydration and exhaustion. However, it has now emerged that he is presently suffering from depression and paranoia and has been for some time. According to TMZ, he wouldn’t even let doctors touch him when he was first admitted on Monday. He strongly believed that there were people out to get him.

Going back to his rant at the concert, it was clear that things were not well between him and Jay-Z, Beyonce’s husband. Of course, given Jay Z’s “scary” past, West’s paranoia may have been justified. Just to delve a bit into this, he in 2001 pled guilty to stabbing music producer Lance “Un” Rivera.

This is according to MTV. According to Cam’ron, Jay Z stabbed him over Charli Baltimore, a female rapper who he liked. He offered this without divulging any more details. This is as reported by Vlad TV. Moreover, at the age of 12, Jay-Z allegedly shot his brother, a drug addict who had stolen his ring.

This is as stated by the Guardian. Considering his apparent volatile nature and his drug dealing past, which he has openly referenced as a facet that gave him the tools and experience to succeed, Jay-Z is likely to know people in the murky underworld. Such a background is enough to scare Kanye, especially now that he has publicly attacked his wife, Beyonce, and may be contributing to his paranoia. According to present reports, Beyonce has asked her husband to make up with Kanye in light of his hospitalization.
