Jennifer Lawrence Reveals Boyfriend Darren Aronofsky With ‘Passengers’ Trailer, JLaw Finds Perfect Beau For Churning Out Movies

Jennifer Lawrence had a few years of dry-spells, but it looks like she finally found someone worth her time. The Oscar winner stepped out with her new boyfriend Darren Aronofsky in New York, showing that, despite her extremely busy schedule packed with movies, she still has room for romance.

The 26-year-old actress also timed the reveal of her new boyfriend with the release of the trailer for Passengers. With all the promo that she and Chris Pratt have been doing, this movie will gain a lot of attention when it comes out in December.

A few news outlets have commented on the fact that the new trailer for Passengers makes the movie less like a romance and more like a thriller. The overall marketing for this movie has been that it was “an interstellar love story” involving Chris Pratt and Jennifer Lawrence, according to the Independent. In the new trailer, the movie is portrayed more in “an epic sci-fi adventure” with a lot of “gasping, explosions, and concerned looks at digital control panels.”

With the new trailer released, JLaw confidently stepped out with Darren Aronofsky in New York several times, once in full PDA and the other with her puppy. As someone who is extremely protective of her privacy, it looks like falling in love has helped her let her guards down.

“The 26-year-old actress was spotted sharing a kiss with the 47-year-old director in New York City on Wednesday night, unable to keep their hands off one another as they walked the city streets,” reports E! Online. “J.Law looked cozy in an oversized black coat and scarf, accessorizing with a pair of gray boots and tying her hair back in a pony tail. Aronofsky, on the other hand, donned a blue button-down with a scarf, glasses and a newsboy cap.”

The last men that she was linked to was Chris Martin, which got messy as he continued his conscious uncoupling with Gwyneth Paltrow. Before that it was Nicholas Hoult, her co-star in the X-Men film series.

Finding a boyfriend has been hard for JLaw, who has a ridiculous film schedule after proving herself Oscar worthy as well as having a huge star power.

“I am so booked up for the next few years that there is no time,” she confessed to Mirror UK.

So she needed someone who understood her commitment to movies — and that person was Darren Aronofsky.

“Jennifer Lawrence isn’t afraid to mix business and pleasure,” reports People. “The Oscar winner is on practically every director’s wish list, but she was so excited to work with now-boyfriend Darren Aronofsky that she took a role in his upcoming horror movie, Mother, before its script was even completed.”

She didn’t hold back in pouring praises on him.

“He is a visionary,” she said.

The Passengers actress does not seem to mind that he is 21 years older than her. On top of that, he has been married before to Rachel Weisz, with whom he has a 10-year-old son, and just got out of an engagement with Brandi-Ann Milbradt last year.

Looks like Darren Aronofsky is not the kind of man that finds himself single.

Maybe Jennifer is planning on learning a thing or two from her “visionary” director boyfriend. The actress has admitted before that “she has dreams of directing,” according to People Magazine. Seeing how he has been lauded for his unique take on filmmaking, she will definitely be able to glean a few things from the relationship.
