Kim Kardashian ‘Terrified’ After Kanye West Hospitalized: ‘Outbursts’ Reportedly Take ‘Toll’ On Marriage

Kim Kardashian was “terrified” when she learned that her husband Kanye West was hospitalized, according to a new report. While West has been known for occasional outbursts, the news that he had been hospitalized caused the concerned Kardashian to rush to his side. The frightening episode occurred in the wake of Kim’s scary robbery in Paris just last month.

MTV told readers that Kardashian’s husband was admitted to the hospital following “displays of erratic” behavior, describing Kim as so “terrified” when she learned that the 39-year-old rapper was “handcuffed to a gurney” that she headed for a plane in order to be with him.

Kardashian “is sticking by her husband,” reported ET.

Kanye was hospitalized in Los Angeles on Monday following the cancellation of the remaining U.S. dates of his Saint Pablo tour, and that led Kardashian to cancel what was scheduled to be her first official public appearance since the robbery in Paris.

“Kim was terrified,” a source told ET.

“[Kardashian] was so scared when she heard the news and rushed to his side. She had to be with him.”

Both West and Kardashian have been coping with the “aftermath of her traumatizing robbery in Paris in October,” pointed out ET.

“The Paris incident also threw him for a big loop,” noted the insider.

People magazine told readers that Kanye’s “outbursts “have taken a toll on his marriage” to Kim, describing Kardashian as “very protective.” His hospitalization comes nearly two months after Kim was robbed at gunpoint in Paris, with millions of dollars worth of jewelry stolen.

Sources told the media outlet that Kardashian’s and West’s relationship had experienced some stress.

“The last few months have been difficult for their marriage,” said one of the insiders.

“They bicker a lot and things are not great.”

Moreover, the source shared that prior to his hospitalization, Kanye was “very difficult,” noting that Kardashian has appeared “less patient” and has not been “thrilled” with her husband’s behavior.

“With the tour canceled, Kim hopes that Kanye will feel better soon,” revealed the insider. “He needs to shape up for them to work out.”

When it comes to their relationship, another one of the sources revealed that West has “has always treated Kim like he’s her queen.” But although Kim is “really good about sort of bowing down to him and telling him what he wants to hear,” she does not necessarily agree with some of his antics, added the source.

“[Kardashian] definitely rolls her eyes when he goes into his mode or rants. She’s also very protective of him, but he can be exhausting.”

As for what those close to the couple think, John Legend has expressed concern about his pal’s health, according to CeleBuzz.

As a close friend of the rapper, John shared that he saw something that caused him to feel concern.

“We were with Kim actually, you know, right before all of that,” said Legend. “I was concerned by what I saw, so hopefully he’s getting some rest and some time to figure things out.”

Hollywood Life cited a source who discussed the dynamics of the couple’s relationship.

“Kim is fed up,” revealed the insider. “They’ve been bickering constantly…She wanted him by her side as she recovered from her traumatic robbery in Paris.”

Moreover, the source shared that Kardashian “lost days with him” during his tour, noting that he then “made a rash decision to end the concert after ten minutes and go on a rant.”

Beyond the alleged stress of her relationship with her husband, Kim reportedly continues to suffer from the aftermath of the robbery. Kardashian “blamed herself after the incident for showcasing her ring on social media,” sources told People.

That terrifying event took place on October 3. Kim had been staying in while her former bodyguard, Pascal Duvier, was with her sisters Kourtney and Kendall Jenner for an evening out clubbing in France. Five masked, armed men then got into her private apartment.

Two of them entered Kardashian’s room, holding her at gunpoint, binding her feet and hands with tape, and locking her in the bathroom before getting away with her jewelry.

“She is badly shaken but physically unharmed,” said Kim’s rep.

However, a source told People that Kardashian is still “in shock and blaming herself.” Kim has sought to keep a low profile since the robbery, which made her “question everything,” added the insider.
