Chris Brown & Drake Feud: Drake Spotted With Karrueche Tran After Chris’s Violent Threats [Report]

Chris Brown and Drake have long been rumored to be locked in a feud over Rihanna, but according to reports, Karrueche Tran could now be causing even more drama for the two.

According to a new report by Hollywood Life, just weeks after Drake reportedly split with Rihanna after the two were thought to have been dating exclusively for the past few months, the rapper was allegedly spotted with Chris’s ex-girlfriend Karrueche.

Hollywood Life is alleging that Drake and Karrueche were seen together at an after party for the 2016 American Music Awards, where the site claimed that the twosome “got close” and were in “high spirits” despite Drake’s longstanding feud with Chris after the rapper won three awards at the ceremony.

An onlooker claimed that Drake and Karrueche’s “brief” interaction did not show any signs of anything romantic and “seemed innocent,” but alleged to the site that the two did say hello to each other just days after Brown allegedly threatened violence against his fellow musician on social media.

Claims that the “Hotline Bling” rapper was seen with Tran, who dated Chris on and off for five years between 2010 and 2015, come shortly after BET reported that Brown allegedly threatened gang violence against Drake after the two have been locked in a long and nasty feud for years.

The site claimed that Brown took their infamous feud to a whole new level last week after Chris commented on a video uploaded to Instagram on November 19 with seeming threats of violence towards the rapper, just days before his feud partner was reportedly spotted with Karrueche.

BET reported that Chris’s comments came underneath a video of basketball player Kevin Durant slamming Drake in a courtside interview after he was asked about “Drake Night,” which the NBA organized in celebration of the rapper.

In the clip allegedly commented on by Chris, Durant can be seen telling an interviewer, “I don’t give a damn ’bout no Drake night!” before Brown reportedly then wrote in the comments section of the video, “ON PIIIIIIIIRUUUUUUUU!!!!! EASTSIDE 500blk on da FINGERS,” which various outlets reported was Brown’s way of referencing gang violence.

While the authenticity of Chris Brown’s alleged comments has not been confirmed, an insider told Hollywood Life that Brown’s supposed comments left Rihanna feeling “disappointed” with her former boyfriend.

But while Rihanna appears to be slamming Chris for his remarks, Brown’s latest alleged drama comes after months of reports claiming that Chris is actually now looking to win back Rihanna following her and Drake’s October split.

Hollywood Life first alleged that Brown was looking to start dating Rihanna again earlier this month, reporting that Chris has been telling friends that “he’s going to get her back” and “that they belong together” amid reports claiming that Rihanna and Drake’s relationship has now turned sour.

According to Urban Islandz, while Chris allegedly now wants Rihanna back, the “Diamonds” singer has reportedly hit a rough patch with her other ex just days before he was potted with Karrueche, with an insider alleging that their relationship has turned “bitter.”

“Things was bitter and tense and clearly there are some unfinished business,” an insider told the outlet of where Drake and Rihanna’s relationship allegedly stands now amid the Brown reconciliation claims, adding that it’s doubtful that the two will ever get back together.

But despite reports suggesting things aren’t necessarily good between Rihanna and Drake right now following Brown’s threats, an insider told Hollywood Life there’s still a chance the former couple could stay friends despite reports claiming that Chris is now ready to get back together with his former girlfriend amid their feud.

According to an insider, Drake still respects his former girlfriend despite Chris’s recent behavior and has no plans to fire any shots Rihanna’s way amid his drama with Brown.

“Even though things aren’t romantic between them, Drake doesn’t want to attack or diss Rihanna in any future songs because he still respects her,” a source revealed of amid claims that things have turned “bitter” amid the Chris reconciliation reports.

“What they are dealing with right now is hurt feelings, but they’ll be back on good terms once one of them decides to talk about it to the other,” continued the insider, just days after Rihanna seemingly rushed to Drake’s defense following Chris Brown’s alleged threats.
