Brandi Glanville Puts LeAnn Rimes In Her Place After Tweet About Her Sons

Brandi Glanville is marking her territory—again. The former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star has fired back at a tweet that LeAnn Rimes posted about Mason and Jake, Glanville’s two sons with ex-husband Eddie Cibrian. Brandi has been vocal about the fact that while LeAnn may call herself her kids’ bonus mom, they definitely aren’t the country music star’s kids.

Over the weekend, LeAnn Rimes tweeted that she was spending time with “Mr. Sexy and our two little dimpled love bugs.” The tweet, which referenced Cibrian and his two lookalike sons, clearly got under Brandi Glanville’s skin.

Glanville responded to let Rimes know who the mama bear to those dimpled boys actually is.

“Keep poking!” Brandi tweeted. “But mamma bear is trying to hibernate. Let’s be clear MY dimpled boys & luv bugs (thanks 4 stalking my books) R not ‘yours’ or ‘ours.'”

This is not the first time Brandi has called out her ex-husband’s current wife out for staking claim to her kids. In fact, four years ago Glanville accused the “Spitfire” singer of trying to get under her skin by calling her children “her boys.” Brandi posted that Mason and Jake are her boys, Eddie’s boys, and LeAnn’s stepsons—”for now.”

Indeed, Brandi Glanville’s feud with LeAnn Rimes has been going on for years. At one point, things were so bad that Brandi told Us Weekly she didn’t want her kids left home alone with their stepmom.

“I don’t find her to be stable and I don’t want her around my kids when Eddie’s not there,” Brandi said in 2013. At the time, the reality star revealed that one of her boys accidentally gobbled Rimes’ laxatives because he thought they were candy.

But in recent years, the ugly feud seemed to have died down. The feuding stars have even been photographed sitting together at Glanville’s son’s soccer games. And according to Entertainment Tonight, earlier this year, Brandi revealed that she had buried the hatchet with her longtime nemesis. In an interview with Sirius XM’s Conversations with Maria Menounos, Glanville announced that she, Eddie, and LeAnn have put all of their past drama aside and are now working together as a “modern family” after years of public feuding.

Glanville revealed that the trio made the decision to band together for the sake of Jake, 9, and Mason, 13. Brandi even said they were all friends now.

“We have to be a unit, three of us,” Glanville said.

“As the kids are getting older – something did happen with one of them, and I don’t really want to go into it, but it made the three of us, Eddie, LeAnn and myself, realizes we have to be together on this. We have to stick together in order to keep these little boys in line and to keep them from not manipulating us against each other, and we need to be together for them. So that’s what happened really, something with the kids, and we just came together…And I think that LeAnn finally realizes that I don’t want your man. That’s all done, but we can all still get along and be friends, and so we are.”

Brandi Glanville filed for divorce from Eddie Cibrian in 2009 after she found out he was having an affair with Rimes, who was his co-star in the Lifetime movie Northern Lights. The divorce drama played out on social media and in two tell-alls penned by Glanville. More recently, Brandi teamed up with LeAnn’s ex-husband Dean Sheremet for the reality TV cooking competition, My Kitchen Rules.
