Surely starlet Holland Roden wasn’t expecting to be caught up in a legal case when she won a role on the MTV hit show Teen Wolf. However now it looks like she will be heading to court if her ex-managers have anything to say about it.

According to the lawsuit obtained by TMZ, Roden, who got her big break starring as bratty Lydia on Teen Wolf is now being sued by Luber Roklin Entertainment. The company which represented Holland Roden before she got her role on Teen Wolf was subsequently dumped by Roden after the series scored big ratings in season one. Not only did the raven haired actress drop her management Luber Roklin Entertainment before her contract was up, but LRE is claiming she stopped paying them as well.

Luber Roklin Entertainment claims that they entered “an oral agreement with the actress in December 2009 to manage her career.” The documents, which were filed earlier this month state that LRE helped Holland score her major role on the television series Teen Wolf. After she scored the role, Holland turned over the 10 percent commission of her earned salary for the whole first season on Teen Wolf.

However, things got a little shady on Roden’s end according to her management. In 2011, claims are being made that Holland ditched the company for other representation, and then stopped all of her payments that would be their commission for her Teen Wolf role, despite having an oral agreement with her former management.

Now LRE is suing Holland Roden for breach of contract, and wants 10 percent of everything Holland is earning from the series from here on out. TMZ reports that a judge has yet to rule on the case.
